Everything went very well.. staff is friendly, room and lobby are clean, excellent food for breakfast. Will definitely visit again.

Rooom size and decor was great. However there was not control on air conditioning so it was too hot

It's really good as a business hotel, clean could be better but it was really okay, bed is super comfy and most the staff speaks English

Hotels location is somewhat isolated, on campus of Shanghai Tech University but overly close to subway stop. Subway is excellent & best way to get around Shanghai. One of the best, if not the best subway system I've experienced. The hotel staff were excellent, very friendly unlike most hotel staff in China. The staff were mostly young, enthusiastic & very helpful. Breakfast was excellent.

No airport transportation fyi. The hotel said they could call a taxi for us. Overall it is a nice place.

The room was really clean and nice and the breakfast great for a budget hotel. Main issue was lack of a taxi service and bungling by staff trying to get one.
