The only thing is the parking if your staying at the hotel there should be a discount..

Everything is controlled on an iPad in the room. This is cool but the climate control didn’t work and there is no way to manually adjust the temperature. The shower was TINY but I did see other rooms with larger showers. It’s pretty bare bones but trendy. I enjoyed the areas outside the room and well as the view.

I would recommend this hotel for couples and single travelers, however for anyone else the room would be too uncomfortable. The room is very nice and clean however the bathroom situation was semi see through with the curtain outside of the bathroom being see through. The room is also not that large but the bed was a nice size and the iPad that controlled the lights, tv, etc was very useful.

Prepaid for a room, which I could not check into because they sold my room to someone else. They charged me and another person for the same room at the same time. Had to change rooms several times due to a water leak from the ceiling, a broken safe, and a broken iPad controller. The iPad controls everything in the room: lights, TV, temperature, and fan.

I enjoyed the ease of getting around and views from the room.

We were a party of 2 and enjoyed our recent stay at CitizenM North Station. It was easy to explore Boston and the surrounding areas using the hotel as a home base. There were many food options nearby as well as public transportation. I would definitely recommend this location to others.

My son and I were doing a bit of a New England summer vacation, and that included some time in Boston. I had never heard of citizenM before, and honestly, I chose it entirely based on location, since we were also riding the DownEaster, aka Train to Maine, and this was so close to Boston North Station. My son is 16, and we loved this place! Best way I could describe it is, if a hotel, the Apple Store, and Ikea had a three-way, citizenM hotel would be their kid. 🙂 Cool, clean, ridiculously efficient on space, and plenty of tech in the room with their supplied iPad controlling most things. Really unexpectedly loved this place. My son wants to go back! Staff was all super helpful and nice too. Great breakfast there to start our day. If I could leave six stars, I would.

SMALL ROOMS BUT EVERYTHING ON POINT

Clean... Very friendly

First night there was a discarded contact lens in the bed as i went to sleep and a spider @ the foot of the bed which I killed & disposed of. My last day of the stay room was not made up. Before I left that day I specifically told one of the housecleaning people I was leaving for the day but came back to a room as I left it. brought all of this to attention of front desk.

Hotel provides everything you need and then some. It’s the little details from the complimentary toiletries to the barista coffee service in the morning. Bed was super comfortable.

The hotel is probably one of the most comfortable and eco friendly hotels I’ve ever been in. The location is walkable to everything

Not being able to walk around the bed to get in the opposite side is difficult but it wasn't a big issue. Having to control everything off of an ipad is novel but I imagine if it was accidentally dropped and damaged it would be a pretty expensive bill. A very delicate and expensive remote control isn't something I would choose but you are pretty much forced to use it.

This is always my go to hotel in Boston, however it lacked compared to normal. The food wasn’t good, they were out of stuff, and the staff at the bar/morning breakfast just seemed like they didn’t want to be there. The food choices for breakfast were not as good as normal. Who serves baked beans for breakfast? Other than that the bed was comfy and get downtown view it’s totally worth it
