The rooms were good, and the food was good. The entire property is rustic with rusty, unfinished structures. If you need a quiet rest for 2-3 days, it's good. No activities, no lounge chairs… just church chairs and no swimming pool. The embarkation area is run-down, and half the tiny island has dirty garbage where the fishermen work. Obviously, this project is under financed. They encourage day (not overnight) guests to keep the cash flow going. The majority of all guests are local Philippine folks.
