Tom was the best absolutely excellent!!! Holly and Alana were wonderful. We can’t wait to stay again!!!

Original features kept! Buzzing atmosphere. Nothing was too much trouble.

Room had seen better days, stains on ceilings carpet dirty and head board should be thrown away. Breakfast and dinner could never get order correct always missing something or waiting for a meal

Absolutely lovely hotel. The staff were so welcoming and friendly. Room was clean and had air conditioning which was an absolute godsend. Beds were the comfiest I’ve ever slept in and I wish I’d asked for the mattress make! Breakfast was delicious. We’ll definitely be staying again as it’s in the perfect location for getting the train into central London ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

An excellent small hotel in a very pleasant neighbourhood. Helpful staff, very clean well equipped room, smart and attractive bathroom, very good breakfast, free parking on the adjacent road as well as a small three car parking facility on-site, very good value for money. Will visit again in the future

Nice hotel in a quiet area lovely breakfast and a friendly bar with great staff

Whilst the room was spotlessly clean, unfortunately it was in the basement below the bar/dining area which could be heard very clearly in the room. Noise did stop at 11.00pm but then restarted when breakfast started the following morning. The duvet was also slightly damp. Otherwise it was all okay and the staff were excellent.

My bedroom was comfortable and the bathroom was well appointed and modern. The only thing I would say was that the twin room that I was in wasn't really suitable for business travellers as it didn't have a proper desk. I used the bar instead which was a little noisy. I discovered after going to bed that the smoke/fire detector had a red flashing light on it which illuminated the whole bedroom and disturbed me when going to sleep. Also the car park is not big enough for the hotel size, meaning I ended up leaving my car on the street. The food was excellent, both in the evening and at breakfast.

We stayed here as we were local to the area having moved away from London. Although our room was a little on the small side, it had all the amenities that we needed. The bed was so comfortable and there was air con in the room. The bathroom was modern and the shower was good. The overall appearance of this hotel is excellent and everything was spotless. We found the staff particularly friendly and helpful (shout out to Maria) and took pride in their customer interactions. The breakfast was a good portion size and cooked to order. We will return.

This hotel is a little gem, the staff were all very enthusiastic, friendly and helpful. The hotel is spotless throughout, and well looked after. And you get a complimentary breakfast too. I would definitely stay again.

The Hadley was a perfect stop over for my friend and I after a day in London and a show. The room was well equipped and very comfortable. The public bar area was very welcoming and the food was good. Breakfast was included in our stay and was excellent. We would like to mention Scarlet, Miles, the bar manager Andrew and a special mention for Cassie who arranged some treatments for myself and my friend. The above mentioned staff were very helpful and welcomed us to the hotel. It makes a big difference when you are welcomed and feel comfortable with the staff. Well done Scarlet, Miles, Andrew and Cassie you were all amazing!

Like - Good Breakfast included Dislike: Very small room with barely enough space to move around. No space to store luggage. Not even a box of Kleenex was provided. No extra toilet paper in the room. I had to go and ask for more, and they only provided one additional roll. Very limited number of towels.

Just returned from a one night stay. Everything was spotlessly clean and staff were all friendly, efficient and attentive. Breakfast was excellent, piping hot with good quality ingredients. Only negative was a slightly squeaky bed and pillows not soft enough for my liking. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again if we are in the area

My partner and I had such a lovely stay and thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, the included breakfast was delicious, and the whole place had a warm, inviting atmosphere that made it easy to relax. We'd happily visit again! Our only tiny observation is that we visited during a very hot spell, and we couldn't help but feel for the staff working hard in their long-sleeved uniforms. We found ourselves getting warm just looking at them! Perhaps a summer short-sleeve option could help keep the team a little cooler while they continue providing such wonderful service.
