It was excellent and we had a really good experience. We love rhe Indigenious artwork throughout. Cultural and very fitting for the surroundings. I recommend this hotel to all tourists if they are seeking a meaningful experience during their stay.

Security on each floor

The hotel was very noisy, people talking and in the halls very late, past midnight. Didn’t have very much sleep

We booked a room with two queen beds and when we checked in they said our room was double booked. They gave us a room with a queen bed and a pull out sofa. My husband and son slept on the pullout bed and my daughter and I slept on the bed. My husband had the worst sleep ever in a hotel and hurt his back. He is not happy at all and only got 1 hr of sleep.

Staff was helpful and polite, the paintings on the wall are amazing.

I was pleasantly surprised. Easily checked in online, staff were genuinely kind and welcoming. Cleanliness in the hotel and the room were top notch!

We have stayed at the Microtel several times. The staff is always courteous and helpful. The hotel is starting to show a bit of wear and tear but it appears the staff are in the process of touching things up. The pool appears to be an ongoing issue and has been out of order or not heated for several of our last stays.

It was good other than the pool not having a heater so we did not use it. The property is issuing a discount, I hope this will be applied promptly. Breakfast was great!

Their bedroom TVs say their TVs are ready to cast but they actually aren’t. When asked staff, they said they don’t know when TVs will be ready to cast but this feature is not available yet. They should consider taking off those logos, when the feature is not available.
