That was a perfect stay for my business

Great stay.

El hotel está muy bien pero los alrededores muy feos. Al frente hay un centro de alojamiento de personas de la calle que hace verse muy sucio y con muchos indigestes cerca pidiendo dinero. Estuvimos en dos oportunidades con algunos días de diferencia, la primera vez no nos dieron estacionamiento y tuvimos que caminar varias cuadras para estacionar el vehículo.

Nice hotel but the area is terrible

What stood out for me was the cleanliness. Impeccably clean room, clean elevators, clean hallways, clean bathroom and sheets. Staff and management clearly make that a priority and it shows.

Booked for 2 night 3 days, close to river park and a waterfall and walkable from parliament.

Based on room 209. This room is beside the pool and gym, therefore the noise is until late and starts early in the morning. Only 1 elevator working making everything a mess with long lines waiting for that.

Kind and helpful staff, appreciate the early check in.

The rooms were very clean and modern. The water pressure was very poor in the shower. The breakfast was decent but was very, very busy. The staff were very nice. The pool was the tiniest pool I’ve ever seen and very shallow and busy every time we went down. It is really false advertisement to call it a pool. The area around the hotel in particular is very shoddy: I would not go out at night after dark in that area.

Area around the property was unsafe. Didn't check in due to family not being comfortable.

There doesn’t seem to be any default parking available, so I parked after two traffic lights and paid $10 for 12 hours. The location is good, but there are quite a few homeless people near the traffic signals, and some appear to be under the influence.

Hard parking because the card can’t open the parking door 3 times so my car had to turn back and try it again and again! The washroom is no fans!

Parking spot is terrible, had to go for a walk, and the place is too many one way street, no towel in pool area. Homeless people around the area and they are drunk. No free snacks. Staff is ok especially in front desk, i did update them about the towel. But my kids already done swimming when we got there. No wonder why the elevator are wet because some people don’t have towels
