Pro hotel bonito, pero para la zona y precio no es moderno

El servicio de Expedia y de este hotel deja muchísimo que desear: hice una reserva eligiendo la opción de habitación con dos camas (que tenía mayor costo a la doble con una sola cama) cuando me llega mi reserva no lo especifica pero si existe la opción al seleccionar y yo seleccione esa. Al llegar la cama era una sola y al quejarme el hotel indicó que Expedia había tercerizado con despegar y que despegar no le había dejado en claro que mi reserva era de dos camas al parecer Expedia no se lo conunico a despegar y a su vez despegar tampoco al hotel. Lo cierto es que todos se lavaban las manos y el hotel lejos de ayudar vio la forma de sacar más dinero alquilando una habiatacion independiente para una de las dos personas porque claramente no iban a dormir e la misma cama y querían cobrar 53 dólares por noche cuando esta persona ya había hecho un pago porque la habitación. Era de dos con cama doble a pesar que la que le dieron no era la correcta pésima atención de Expedia y pésima del hotel

I was pleased with the hotel overall, however there was one night I finished work late and did not have access to the hotel because the front desk staff was not present, this could have been very dangerous for us. The breakfast was great and the times were convenient.

I sent my wife to this Hotel and the experience was a complete disaster. Room Dirty, Towels dirty, no hot water when she arrived...personal very no kidness.

They advertise a gym but there is no gym it is a small room with a broken treadmill and a broken smith machine which is held together by duct tape. They are not responsible for your possessions while u go out of the hotel as stated on the door . They serve a breakfast that is cold poorly cooked scrambed eggs , and frozen chicken nuggets heated in a heating tray which isnt heated or under any flame , so the eggs are cold which can get you sick , the staff will not help you with your suitcases. The staff are Have an angry Demeanor and are non engaging and unfriendly . The beds have ticks from the previous guests who travel with pets . The hotel is dark with minimal Lighting , it feels more like closed office bujlding . The pool is a large jacuzzi type tub that is not heated . Stay away from this place. I complained and checked out the next day . Por favor leer esto No se queden en este hotel. No vale la Pena.

I liked the hotel and the rooms; it was affordable. However, I didn’t like the way the lady at the reception talked to me like she was the owner of that place. Please train your staff in customer service. Also, she refused to accept my U.S. passport, and I had to pay taxes for my stay, even though I told them my entry date to Peru. Their excuse was that it’s because I’m Peruvian. I am both Peruvian and American, I have dual citizenship and live in the U.S. I’ve never had these problems with Costa del Sol or any other hotel in Peru.

Limpio, personal atento, bien ubicado, habitaciones confortables, si es huésped peruano debe pagar adicionalmente el IGV, pero esto está especificado al momento de hacer la reservación. Para los huéspedes extranjeros es ideal ya que están exonerados del impuesto.

Hotel pequeño pero confortable, limpio y en una excelente zona. Cercano a restaurantes, cafeterías, tiendas y un centro comercial.
