Nuestra experiencia fue excelente, nos trataron genial, el hotel muy limpio, cómodo y el desayuno excepcional, rico y abundante. OUSSAMA nos ayudó con todo, desde informarnos los lugares tipicos para conocer como así también nos acompaño a coger un taxi y nos ayudó con las maletas. Luego del check out, pudimos dejarlas en el hotel . Nos imprimieron las tarjetas de embarque. OUSSAMA Lo mejor del hotel!!! personas como él se encuentran muy poco. Muy servicial y atento, lo que no suele encontrarse mucho por esos lugares. Si volvería a Marrakech, desde luego repetiría. Lo recomiendo 100%. Calidad, precio, todo.

Clean and very convenient location. you can walk to everywhere you would want to visit. Whenever I go to Marrakech, i always have the Riad to arrange car pick up for me, so the driver would know where to drop off, and a luggage handler would come to pick us up and lead the way. The staff at the Riad are all very helpful and always friendly. Anything I requested are promptly responded.

Nous avons réservé une « suite p 3 personnes avec vue sur la piscine » et à la place nous avons eu une micro chambre où on ne pouvait pas bouger une fois nos bagages posés. En fait de vue sur la piscine… nous avions une fenêtre obscurcie par des vitraux et donc on ne voyait rien du tout. Voilà les mots ont un sens ! Sinon super terrasse et personnel sympa

A melhor escolha que fiz! Fui muito bem recebida no Riad, meu quarto era confortável, café da manhã farto e gostoso servido no terraço. Bem localizado, no coração da Medina e um excelente atendimento pela equipe. Agradeço em especial à Azedine, Said, Samia e Karima, que não mediram esforços para nos ajudar e nos fazer sentir em casa. Amei demais os dias que passei por lá.

Excellent hotel with a friendly accommodating staff . Walkable area with food and shopping !!! Highly recommend this !!!

Could use a bit of a cleaning. Had ants in my room. Breakfast was limited and was ok quality. The younger male counter clerk was really nice and helpful.

The riad is exceptionally clean, and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay very pleasant. We highly recommend this riad. While it may be slightly overpriced, compared to other riads, it's still the best option available.

O Riad é super agradável, bem limpo e bonito. O funcionário Yuossef foi super prestativo e agradável. Não mediu esforços para ajudar e deu várias dicas.

Personal muy amable y atento. Desayuno en la terraza muy rico y agradable. A mejorar las indicaciones para llegar al hotel, el GPS se vuelve loco en la zona y es difícil de encontrar la primera vez.

Chambre un peu petite pour 3 mais le confort est là.insonorisation faible entre les chambres. Lieu agréable et très bien placé, 300 mètres de la place jemaa el fna. Très bon petit déjeuner et personnel très agréable

Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Erg schoon, dagelijks schone handdoeken en bedden opgemaakt. Heerlijk Marrokaans ontbijt, eenvoudig maar prima. Transfer bannen naar vliegveld goed geregeld. Duurt even voordat je antwoord krijgt via de mail. Bij aankomst prima 3 gangen menu gegeten! Wel gehorige kamers maar t is er erg rustig en je zit midden in de medina enkele minuten van la place.
