Everything was wonderful including breakfast. Staff went out of their way to help us!

Staff is very helpful and provided umbrellas on a rainy day. Food and service was great. The only thing we didn't like was that when we checked in ( around 11.30pm), porter took our tiny light cabin bag, and said- foolow me. we were so tired and in the lift i thought why is he going with us. Allhe did was to open the door to our room, and waited for a tip. I didn't have small notes, so gave him 200 Turkish lira for 30 seconds help.

The rooms were clean and new. Staff was friendly and very helpful!

No vip access as mentioned! Breakfast starts at 8 am so I couldn’t take it for the last days! Location is a bit scary by night No upgrade for platinum Expedia members No complimentary water bottle on arrival but it was added on the next days.

Nice hotel with excellent staff.

Room was pleasant. Staff is excellent.

Bra o hjälpsamma arbetare. Fina o rena rum. Tog en thaimassage som var grym. Skrubbning i turkisk bad var grym. Fanns båda torr och ångbastu. Mycket prisvärt.

The Gleam Bomonti Hotel is an excellent hotel option in Istanbul. The rooms are clean, safe, and quiet. The breakfast is absolutely excellent. The only thing I would change is to have the breakfast buffet open a bit earlier for people like myself who wake up very early.
