The team were amazing - nothing was too much, always happy to chat and great service. We had a lovely stay and (as per previous comments) the breakfast really was delicious

Room wasnt that clean to be fair Bedside table sticky and dirty cobwebs on lights etc Bed was comfy though Drinking expensive wine and guiness out of plastic glasses indoors?

Room were good including amenities. Parking seems to be an issue as it’s a diner as well m. depending on your arrival slots may not be available. Parking was available on adjacent street. The staff were helpful. WiFi was poor in our room.

We had a lovely stay here. Our bedroom was a little snug for three nights but the staff couldn’t have been more helpful and I had the very best bespoke Bloody Mary ever…. Food good with very generous helpings…

Great central location, convenient and efficient without fuss and great breakfast. The only marked down star was for wifi not quite strong enough to work in room 9 and low flow rate of shower.

Very good time

The hotel was in the centre of the lovely little town of Sedgefield, which had lots of eating and drinking options. We booked because we were going to the nearby Sedgefield races.

Our stay was very comfortable, the room had everything you need for a long and was very clean however the bathroom was small and the shower water was very hot and couldn't be cooled down. Due to attending the 80s concert we couldn't check in until after the 11 o'clock deadline however the staff where happy to wait for us, Thank You. Breakfast was delicious and relaxing as its pre-booked and staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located in a great place within Sedgefield.

Nice hotel friendly staff good food , rooms are fresh and clean , parking is a bit hit and miss as you have to park on the street , WiFi was ok when you got to connect , dropped out quite often , bathrooms where clean and modern

Staff really went out of their way to look after us. They did their best to rectify problem with television, which had been out of order since storm a few days earlier

Friendly staff, lovely food. Unfortunately tv didnt have great reception, isnt good when on road all week and have nothing to do except drink in bar !
