Due to own circumstances we were late to the guest house, Lawrence was so accommodating and came and settled us in. We had a beautiful room the peach room and was so spacious and had everything we needed. Breakfast is help yourself with a range of cereal, toast and fruit 🍇. We loved sitting in the garden for breakfast and in the evenings once back the view is stunning 😍. Plenty of parking. Lawrence and Ashley were really friendly and helped with anything you needed . The location is perfect with short drives to the waterfalls and Aberavon beach . I would highly recommend if you are looking for somewhere that can bring you a little peace. Perfect location for lots of different walks :) we will be recommending to friends and hopefully be back soon.

It was lovely! What a beautiful property 😍 i felt so at ease and welcomed instantly. It was gorgeous, from the beautiful water garden to the lovely room. I felt so comfortable and peaceful there. The room was lovely, very well planned out! And i slept like a baby. Mattress was the most comfy I've slept on. I could live there it was that nice. True treasure of a place. Highly recommend! There was a duck in the pond loving its stay too 😊

Lovely little guest house, shower and toilet in the room not a seperate bathroom. Light breakfast available but unfortunately 2 out of four mornings there was no milk left for cereal and a drink. Lovely pup very near with great food

Everything was perfect. The cottage was very clean, beautiful and the view from the location was brilliant. Lawrence was great throughout. I would highly recommend!

We booked this place last minute as we was riding our motorbikes at enduro world ! Absolute lovely place , really friendly owners /managers will 100% be staying again.

Plenty of room to park by the Guest House & as an occupational therapist, I was impressed that there was excellent provision for people with mobility issues in the room. It’s in a beautiful & peaceful area. Highly recommended. Da iawn!

What a lovely place to stay. Very nice garden and people. Very pretty part of town. Room was small but delightfully decorated and lovely view of garden. Had a bit of trouble working out the shower temp but eventually got it right!

Comfortable, clean and helpful hosts. Parking available. Spacious room with tea/ coffee. There’s a self serve continental breakfast. We thought there was a cooked breakfast. You can hear the other guests, ok for a short stay.
