Really clean and comfortable

Night porter has been passed bar duties and cleans, tidies whilst scraping metal chairs against cobbles and paving flags. A racket that went on for approx an 1hr between 1 and 2 in the morning. Strikes me that the clean up of external areas should be done at closing time. Not the night porters fault. I imagine he thinks he is helping. Great pub, lovely rooms, good food but sleep was a write off 2 from 3 nights even though the staff were informed politely after the first night.

Lovely room, clean and comfortable bed. However, it is above the pub and the staff do not know you are staying at the hotel section. I was treated very badly by a member of their staff who demanded that I leave the snug/work area the evening before I left. This treatment was awful and I had to stand my ground. As a female traveller staff often forget you are there. To try and bully me out of an area is unforgivable. I will be making a formal complaint to the hotel. I will not be going back again.

Westow House was ideally situated for us. We received a friendly greeting and the staff team were eager to help whenever we needed it. The room was comfortable and well presented. We stayed for a meal in the evening, which was very good, as was the breakfast. We will stay again.

The staff were friendly and accomodating. The pub itself was quaint and the breakfast was great - added discount for staying at the pub. One bar member was a little 'off' but you can't have everything. Highly reccommended.

We arrived earlier than the check in time, and was allowed to leave out case, we then had an excellent roast dinner, which was also available in a gluten free option for my husband. We were able to then check in earlier than stated time, to a lovely room. The hotel was just across the road to crystal palace bowl, which is the venue for the concert we were attending. Then when it had finished a quick walk back to a lively pub/hotel for a great night's sleep.

The bed was very comfortable. The noise from the bar on the ground floor was undetectable from the room. We stay here whilst visiting relatives and will stay again in the future. We have stayed twice before in different rooms and the same review applies to those rooms.

Lovely place to stay, in an ideal location next to Crystal Palace Park for those attending any festivals. Room was immaculate and the staff very friendly. Plenty of nearby places to eat and drink, and a 10 minute walk from the train station.

Terrific location for attending a gig at the Park. Very kindly and helpful staff, very good atmosphere all round. Comfortable and quiet room. Breakfast included was satisfying, and with a 20% client discount it was definitely worth eating there late afternoon. Easy links into London for travel. Would absolutely stay there again.

Fantastic one night stay for concert in Crystal Palace park, bar very busy on arrival great atmosphere though. We had a room on the 3rd floor Goldfinch very clean with all the amenities including air conditioning, all in all very relaxing and great breakfast in the morning
