Absolutely disgusting . My room has not been cleaned in 3 days !!!!! Not even made the bed !!!! Or changed the towels !! No water supplied . This is a very bad first experience of Brazil. Not happy and will be demanding a refund

Hotel, location, accessibility, restaurant, wonderful view from the room, shower with good water pressure, everything was excellent. Points that could be improved: the furniture needs to be updated and there is no iron in the apartment, as the hotel has a laundry room and an ironing area.

Recepção nota 10. Bem localizado. Poderia estar um pouco mais limpo. Camareiras um tanto barulhentas pela manhã, arrastando móveis. Pouca acustica, até o barulho de hóspedes arrastando as malas pode incomodar. Temperatura do chuveiro oscila muito. Porta da varanda um pouco emperrada. Acho inadmissível que o frigobar não tenha sequer uma garrafinha de agua. Ar condicionado muito bom, e uma das melhores seleções de canais de TV que ja vi em hoteis similatrs.

I found my experience at this hotel to be the most unprofessional stay I’ve ever experienced. Checking in we were redirected to a second property owned by the hotel, which was not made clear when booking. The second property was evidently not as nice as the first, and when we were finally given our room it was left dirty from the previous guests. Dirty dishes and used blankets and towels covered the room, and reception seem lost when we needed a new room. Reception was rude, with the exception of some nice individuals. But overall felt condescending towards our Portuguese. We asked reception for some towels to use the pool, and we were denied. Receiving a comment against soliciting, and how we needed to get approval to use a TOWEL at the pool we had paid to use. The next morning we were woken up at 6am by a horrendous alarm within our hotel floor that continued for over 5 minutes until it miraculously shut off and was never addressed by hotel staff. While the new room we were given was decent and the view was nice, the hotel environment and various other factors listed above discouraged me from EVER recommending this hotel to anyone else .

Atraso na liberação do quarto. Perdi o horário de reunião pois cheguei e tive que aguardar 1hr para poder fazer checkin e ter acesso ao quarto. A tv muito antiga e só funcionava quando queria. Uma meia colocada na saída do sensor de fumaça. Luminária do baneheiro fora do lugar

Hotel incrível, quarto com vista maravilhosa. Área de lazer muito ampla. Tudo perfeito

I arrived one day late due to missing a flight. When we arrived they told me they had cancelled my reservation although it was paid for in advance. They sent me next door facility to sort things out after traveling 12 hrs to get to Brasil. The desk staff could have handled the situation better than telling me my reservations were cancelled and letting me figure out things on my own.

Quartos grandes que acomodam um família de até 6 pessoas. Mas é o tipo de quarto que uso quando estou buscando custo benefício. Normalmente uso para dormir uma noite antes de pegar um voo logo cedo em Recife.

Muito bom! Só precisam arrumar as cortinas que não estão boas, mas o apartamento é perfeito, serviço maravilhoso super recomendo!

1) had to wait 1 hour after the check in time for them to release the room; 2) as soon we opened the room the suite was dirty from the previous guest 3) stinky pillows 4) hot water in the shower not working 5) dripping water from the sink 6) air conditioner filter with mold smell This was the worst place I’ve been in my whole life. I don’t recommend. I have it all documented with pictures and videos.

Pessima estadia, lugar n estava em boas condições, tv n funcionava. N tive uma boa experiência cm a estadia n recomendo.

Meu quarto a tv não tinha acesso a internet, não tivemos nem um suporte.

Flat para 4 pessoas, porém com mobilia apenas para 3 pessoas. Informações erradas sobre utensílios disponíveis.Elevadores insuficientes para quantidade de quartos e hospedes. Péssimo atendimento do restaurante, na area da piscina e estava sem manutenção de limpeza. A unico momento agradável foi o réveillon com a queima de fogos.

Ótimo, amei tudo fiquei no flat deluxe 29ª andar , esse flat é excelente, não falta nada, fiquei encantada com a estrutura e conforto do flat

O quarto foi maravilhoso, vista perfeita, serviço muito bem explicado e muito bem organizado, amei a estadia! Não faltou nada!

Apartamento precisando de reforma, marcas de uso, cortinas caindo, muito mal conservado. Box do banheiro sem vedação. A localização do imóvel é boa, mas está precisando de reforma.
