Vi har verkligen inget att klaga på, både boende och personal var helt magiska!

Excellent hotel.

The bed was so comfortable and the room was nice and quiet. Breakfast was delicious and staff was friendly. The water pressure and temperature of the shower was perfect. The room had plenty of space. My only two complaints were that there was dark hair in the sink. I am blonde, so it definitely was not mine. One of the sockets next to the bed didn't work either, but there were plenty of other outlets around the room.

Great location and easy access to theatres, parks, Royal Academy of music and general shopping . Everywhere is accessible and easy to get to . Well connected with tube lines, although Tottenham Court Road is very easy to walk to. I’ve been here a few times and continue to come back - The Level is worth paying the extra for the breakfast / all day refreshments and Tapas/ drinks . Truly lovely .

Beautiful hotel but on the night I was there the fire alarm started going off at 1am for 20 minutes. All of the guests were understandably distressed and had to leave our rooms, only to be told it was a fault on the system and had been happening recently. No staff members thought to warn me when checking in, and the next morning there was no apology or explanation even. I had a really important meeting the following day and ended up having an awful night sleep. Really poor service from a premium hotel.

Friendly staff at the level, and a very useful amenity when travelling and wanting to unwind.

Lovely welcome, great comfortable clean room, and fantastic breakfast choices, presented and cooked very well. Definitely consider coming back!

Large nice room and level lounge is a nice amenity

Reichhaltiges Angebot zum Frühstücken im the Level. Das Zimmer hatte einen etwas unangenehmen Geruch. Gute Lage, Nähe, Metrostation.

Der Check-in war äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend – wir haben uns sofort willkommen gefühlt. Der warme Empfang mit einem Glas Sekt war einfach toll. Das Zimmer war sauber und vollkommen in Ordnung; es gab zwar normale Gebrauchsspuren, diese haben den Aufenthalt jedoch in keiner Weise beeinträchtigt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das Personal in der Level Lounge: sehr warmherzig, aufmerksam und umsorgend – großartige Gastgeber, die maßgeblich zu einer wunderbaren Wohlfühlatmosphäre beigetragen haben.

We had a fantastic stay. The rooms were large, clean, comfortable and well equipped. The hotel is located a 1minute walk to Great Portland Street Station so transport access around London is easy. Good walking distance to Hyde Park and other local landmarks. Would recommend to anyone and would stay here again.

Outstanding - how hotels should be. Doesn't feel like a hotel. Very comfortable room. Choice of three pillows which I loved. Clean. Loved the included breakfast which was amazing, and a well equipped gym too. Fabulous all round.

The room was ok but the hotel is not close to being a 5 star as advertized for the Level side The service at reception on the Mélia side was terrible. I had called to make sure we could get a room earlier ( around noon) for my dad so be could rest after a long flight. 70 £ later they had found a room that was available early after having Said that the hotel was fully booked, any promise was depending on availability bla-bla-bla. Long story they tried upselling a suite for a week knowing how tired my dad was . We did not bulge but were still charger an early Check in charge …

Unerwartet gutes und ausreichendes Frühstück und Snacks den ganzen Tag mit The Level Loungezugang - Aufpreis sehr empfehlenswert! Das Zimmer war groß und geräumig, das Bett wunderbar bequem. Etwas hellhörig, wir konnten aber einmal problemlos Zimmer wechseln. Sehr freundliches Service.

Lovely room, great staff and level lounge provided lots of good quality food and drinks

Ecstatically pleasing but quirky room: No closet so clothes hang out in the open, only 2 storage drawers, no nightstand drawers and no work desk. Never did figure out how to work the lighting.

Vi hadde et supert opphold og hotellet ligger perfekt til for det meste. Renholdet i korridorene og på rommet er noe dårlig, og personalet glemmer til stadighet å fylle på vanity kit, tissue etc. Loungen er et stort pluss med svært hyggelige folk.
