禁煙のはずなのに喫煙スペース？あがり、灰皿に吸殻も置きっぱなし、匂いも、、 写真とは見た目も違うし、部屋風呂は床もガタガタで、温泉ではないですよね、、 料理も遅いと冷めてしまってメインも無くなってしまうし。 よかった点は大浴場の利用時間が長かったところかな、、 ライブキッチンのお肉は美味しかったです。 値段と見合っていない、、 次は行かないと思います。

My room was very well maintained. I loved the included open air bath next to the shower. The staff were all very kind and accommodated my questions well.

過ごしやすく、快適でした

There’s a lot to like about the place, but getting a room filled with the smell of smoke after being asked confirming “no smoke” is not ideal. Realizing they tried to cover it up by filling the place with fragrance and turning on the fans so it’s not as easily noticeable when you first enter the room, that is not acceptable.

部屋は清潔で広い 大浴場は狭めで露天は狭くサウナはぬるい 食事は品数多いも味、鮮度はいまいち。夕食は湯畑近隣で食べたほうがよい フロントスタッフは外国人のみ。対応はばらつきあり。

Room is excellent and comfortable, the onsen is good, however hotel location needs 17 mins by walk, if you are with big luggage it’s better call a taxi because half of the way is slopes

部屋は広くて快適でした。でも椅子が1脚もなく、座椅子に座るのが辛い人はベッドにすわるなよ

スタッフ（ロビー受付）はほとんどが日本生まれ以外の方で、最初に受付をしてくれた方は他のリブマックスを何店舗か経験した人で、冗談を交えた話をしながらスムーズに受け付けを済ませてくれた。 日本人には無いいいところだと思った。 施設については客室数がそこまで多いとは言えないため、比較的静かで快適に過ごせる印象。大浴場もすごく広い！とは言えないが、客室の収容数を考えれば妥当な広さで、土曜の宿泊かつ遅い時間でもないにも関わらず、貸切状態で入浴できました。（時期によると思います。） 客室についても恐らく過去はマンションだったのか1LDKくらいの広さでソファ、大画面テレビ、露天風呂付き（お風呂トイレ別）のような設備が整っており、羽根を伸ばしてリラックスができます。（部屋の香りは好き嫌いがあるかも） 部屋の露天風呂は客室側に大きな窓ガラスがあるため少しプライバシーが守られてない気がしますが、私は気になりませんでした。

Really good choice of hotel

Great service. Variety of breakfast.

The walk to the hotel is steep so if you have luggage it will be a tough walk. The hotel itself is not close to the main area which you can stay at for the same cost. Only good thing about this hitel was the sink and toilet area. Our blankets has stains all over them so we had to resort to using bathrobes as blankets while cranking the heat up. Bathroom had a bunch of mold inside. I would suggest staying close to the main strip amd not at this hotel. Worse experience so far.

這間酒店是我多年使用hotels.com 預訂酒店住宿頗為差的一間。 酒店房間浴室水缸來水並不是草津溫泉泉泉水，只是一般熱水，與網上資料不符。 酒店早餐及晚餐質素很差。 食材不新鮮。 熱盤食物不夠熱。 房內 Wi-fi接收很差。
