Beautiful contemporary hotel

The staff was helpful and friendly at check in/out. My room was very cool, chic.

Loved the vibe of the room ! The lounge was so fun and the staff was so nice and helpful

Was given a different room then reserved. Towel was left from previous occupancy and the tub was not clean hair was in sink. Service didn't empty trash when room was cleaned.

Great stay for a concert! Would stay again.

Wonderful place to stay and very close to just about everything you can walk to eat and have fun and not worry about anything

It was a beautiful hotel. They don’t mention when booking that they don’t offer onsite parking. And that you’ll have to pay anywhere from $29.00-$50.00 to park.

Easy check in and staff was always available day or night.

I didn't like that.There was anywhere to park.You had to use a parking garage or a parking lot.But nothing was offered by the hotel

Verybaccomodating

I was very disappointed in that I was charged an extra $50 to my credit card after we paid I paid an extra $55 to park in the parking lot near the hotel.

I loved the ambiance at night in the lounge area.

Went to a concert at Van Andel Arena with my 21 year old son. The staff were absolutely AMAZING. They were friendly and welcoming, and gave me perfect directions to get to the Arena (3 minute WALK). I will stay here every time I go to the Arena. They've earned a customer for life!! Keep up the AMAZING work!!!

nice hotel but small rooms. clean and great location.

Notes on my stay (City View Room w/ 1 King Bed): -Room and bathroom were very clean -Lobby/bar area is small, but cute. A DJ was spinning on both nights of my stay. Did not love that guests also have to pay a cover (albeit, only $5) -I'm not sure what the room cleaning protocol is, as I did not need any -I had a TERRIBLE night's sleep due to the loud drag racing that I could hear very clearly from my room (I was several floors up). Hotel needs to lobby for some drag racing control/monitoring or something. A true nuisance. -Hotel is pricey in my opinion, but I noticed that it's on the lower price end for other comparable hotels in the area (I guess I don't understand why hotels cost so much in Grand Rapids :)

Competent business hotel well located in downtown GR. Friendly, professional staff; large comfortable rooms; and reasonable condition and prices. Great choice for a business stay.
