Our 5 days to New Orleans was Primarily to visit the WWII museum. The hotel is perfectly situated across the street. The Hotel is beautiful, the Rooms spacious and clean. The Bed Comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, but what truly stood out was the honesty and kindness of the staff. My husband accidentally left his wedding band in the room after we checked out, and thanks to the incredible housekeeping team and the manager, they found it and returned it to us. We are beyond grateful! Their integrity and care meant the world to us. Highly recommend this place—not only for the comfort but also for the people who make it truly special.

Really enjoyed the art-deco style and ambience. Convenient location also amade for a worry free stay.

Very nice hotel. Our room was very nice but carpet could have been cleaner. Convenient location to the WWII museum, across the street! Short Uber rides to major New Orleans attractions. Decent restaurants in hotel for coffee, breakfast and snacks. Front staff friendly.

Good & clean in a great location. Typical Hilton.

A good hotel, 2 issues, 1) the ice in my floor (7th floor) did not work so I had to go to the 4th floor for ice. 2) the key or app either worked or didn’t work the whole weekend, either the key worked or the app worked, so it was a guessing game every time in the elevator, going into the room, coming back from inside, or using the gate to get my car out of the parking garage.

This is a must stay when visiting the National WWII Museum. It is an Art Deco treasure. The staff was very courteous and professional. The room was beautiful and made for a comfortable stay.

It was a truly amazing stay in such a unique hotel. A must visit if you are ever in Nola. Very clean hotel with a good gym. Great art deco vibe..

Rooms were comfortable and quiet.

We only stayed 2 days but we did not have our trash emptied or coffee/tea refilled. The store could not take cash.

Literally feet away from front entrance of WWII museum. Very convenient for Uber pickup and dropoff at front entrance.

Housekeeping was inconsistent. They did not vacuum every day. One of the restaurants was closed for refurbishing restaurant choice near the hotel was limited in the evening.

This place is a must if you're planning a trip to New Orleans! The accommodations are beautiful. The hotel's colors are vivid, yet tasteful. We felt safe traveling to and from the hotel. Staff was amazing, friendly, and very gracious. Highly recommend! Will definitely stay there again on my next trip.
