DO NOT RECOMMEND – Unsafe, Unclean, and Uncaring We had a terrible experience during our stay from July 13–15. The first camper had no working A/C in 90+ degree heat. The second camper had a dead mouse and droppings. The third unit we were moved to wasn't at all what we reserved. At this point, we had already wasted hours packing, unpacking, and being shuffled around. We asked the front desk for a refund, but were told we had to go through Hotels.com. Hotels.com has since reached out to the resort manager, but they’re refusing to approve the refund, despite all the issues we faced. Extremely disappointed with the lack of care and cleanliness. I would never stay here again, and I highly recommend others look elsewhere.

This was in no way "glamping"yes you got towels, bathroom amenties a bed linens and cooking untensils, but thats about has far as glamorous as it got. The camper wasn't anything special, The bed was so uncomfortable (we ended up leaving a night early) yes there is a mountain view but you have to look across the interstate to see it. The manager was very inconsiderate when we explained that due to waking up sore from very uncomfortable bed and we had done everything we wanted to do in area and had decided to continue on with our travels and ask for part of money back, her comment was "some people just aren't cut out for it." Expedia has been helpful in trying to help recover some of fees. If you want to "glamp" definitely dont stay here!

First time staying in a RV, was great for for our family. Will definitely be doing again!

This is maybe my third or perhaps my fourth time staying here and I would have to say it was very very disappointed in a condition of the roads leading around this property I don’t think it should be who me to have to replace my front end of my vehicle because you don’t wanna keep your road graded. Before leaving, we also had a minor sewage back up in the one bathroom in our unit. Very unpleasant.

We love this place. Gives the camping experience with and great facility to shiwer and enjoy outdoors.

It was the first time ever experience of Glamping for us and it was a memorable one. We couldn’t expect anything more. It was quiet, serene, fully equipped, clean and most importantly safe. Staff was courteous and friendly. We will nightly recommend this to everyone. Thank you team 🙏

There were a lot of "Rules" for staying in the RV. Beds were not very comfortable and there were no extra blankets- I was very cold and had to put my clothes back on to be warm enough to sleep. Shower door did not work properly, and hot water tank only held enoughfor a 5 minute shower, then required 20 minutes to heat up enough for another one. The place seems to be more like a place where used RVs go to retire than RV "Glamping". Way WAY overpriced for what you get.

Great location just outside town. Clean, quiet, great communication with office staff and everyone was friendly. Also loved the pet friendly option!

Since this was our first time doing this, we didn't know what to expect. Everything was amazing, from the cleanliness of the RV to the quiet nights. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking to get away from boring hotels on a long trip.

I am new to glamping. The trailers were in good condition and clean. Advantage was two separate bedrooms. Disadvantage was no where to put bags that was not in the way. I would not stay there in winter, but spring was fine.

The unit we stayed in had a few issues. Some of the outlets didn’t work, and the railing to get up the stairs was really loose. We ended up just staying one night instead of two

Good enough to live the glamping experience. Hot water inside the glamping is only for 10 minutes, the you need to wait 30 minutes to have hot water for a shower. However there are showers behind the office where there is no limit of hot water. It's not a compliant, just something to consider

Staff was very nice and helpful! The magic fire was amazing! Would definitely return.
