The hotel met an important locational need and is convenient for the Stadtpark (which is well worth visiting at any time of year but especially in the autumn) as well as a U-bahn station to get into the City Centre. The rooms are good, clean and tidy and the breakfasts are very good indeed, staff have always been friendly (I have stayed there a number of times now). Underground parking is worth paying for as there are little or no spaces on-street. The street itself is quiet.

Sauber, Freundlich, ruhig. So wie man es erwartet! Sehr zu empfehlen!

I liked that it was close to the venue we were attending. The train station was nearby. We loved the park. Rooms were clean and open bar well stocked. The issue I had was air circulation. But it’s Europe…no ac. A fan would be nice. Staff was wonderful. Oh and loved that all the light switches can be controlled at the bedside. No getting in and out of bed.

Alles sehr hochwertig, leider war ein kleiner blutfleck auf dem Bettlaken…

Check in was easy and parking (under the hotel) was convenient. Breakfasts were excellent, good choice and well presented. The only slight problem was the lack of air conditioning but the window opened wide (and safely) so the hot weather was bearable.

Super Zimmer und ausgezeichnetes Personal. Wir wurden noch nie so herzlich begrüßt. Schade ust, dass die Zimmer keine Klima haben

rundum zufrieden mit der Auswahl Ihres Hotels. Vom Einchecken bis zum Auschecken war alles reibungslos, die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und engagiert. Das Frühstück hätte nicht leckerer sein können. Wir haben uns in Ihrem Hause sehr wohl gefühlt.

The rooms were not so clean. They kept the windows open and there were usually some kind of insect in the room. They did not provide slippers even when we asked. They had a cheap parking outside but the garage was rather expensive. The location was convenient. You could walk 5 minutes to STADRAD bicycle station.

Zentral gelegenes Hotel mit sehr gutem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis und Frühstück. Gute Parkmöglichkeiten.

Bis auf das dass der Aufzug nicht immer ging waren wir sehr zufrieden. Die Zimmer sind sauber. Das Hotel liegt zentral man hat eine gute Anbindung mit U-Bahn oder Bus überall hin.Der Stadtpark befindet sich in der Nähe. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Der elektronische Check-in und -out Prozess ist durchaus reformbedürftig - aber dank der freundlichen Mitarbeitenden war das Problem schnell behoben - also vielleicht doch lieber menschliche Umsetzung? 🤔
