Where to begin….. paid a premium, 940 for two rooms and 1 night. I have been going for years and prices are rising but literally Nothing is being added value wise. Elevator didn’t work properly and our room was on the 6 th floor with two babies. Premium sea view room was a balcony with no joke a falling apart plastic chair, shower did not work, the fire alarm went off at 3am, staff took almost 40 mins to turn it off, nobody knew what to do, no direction by organization. The best restaurant “The steak house” was closed due “the amount of people at the resort “ how cheap and low can the resort be? The food was awful, I mean half of the stuff was the sloppiest cheapest food possible. Staff was rude check in and check out process…overall a terrible time and I have gone literally every year for 7 years, I will not ever go again.

El hotel is very old. It rained and the room was flooded. It took them a while to clean it up. The drinks were horrible, food was even worse. The WIFI did not reach my room, therefore, I had to go down to the lobby to get it. Staff was friendly. I cannot stress enough, the food was uneatable, port selection also. We checked out one day earlier.

Rooms are not the best since I got the cheaper stay . Showers do not have a door for some reason . Rooms need a little of an upgrade. Buffett food is trash I would recommend bring your own food . Bar and activities are great . Pools are nice but they close at 7pm daily . It’s supper hot and humid but lovely place looks great on the outside. Great place beside the food and room situation

My family and I were so pleased to stay at the hotel, and everything else very delightful, drinks , food, pools, in our personal opinion we have nothing to ask for; in scale from 1 to 10 we give 10 👍

Outdoor pool.staff is very friendly. Clean rooms. The only thing What the hotel should improve is give maintenance at room patio . May need painting.

Necesita que lo renueven las camas en mal estado el aire acondicionado viejísimo no funciona bien la comida deja mucho que desear

I do not recommend staying at this place. Everything is dirty, food has flies , beach not accessible . I had to leaving early and go to another hotel because this one is not adequate.

Everyone was nice, the only thing is to brush up on your Spanish when you come. Otherwise, you will have a great time

All amenities and services were great. Food was good but dining at the restaurants is better! Some staff members were kind and helpful, others were just tired I guess. I will surely come back!

El baño tenía un mal olor que probablemente venía del cesspool avise llamando al operador y expliqué lo ya mencionado y la persona en lines fue muy amable con migo y me dijo que mencionara esto a otro departamento, habitación 1223 de lo contrario un personal muy amable y respetuoso y la comida encantado del servicio que dan !!!!

Clean room

The resort is good in general my only complaint is when checking in, it’s a completely disaster, not organized and they gave us the room like at 5:30, when you get to the gate there’s not a genuine or friendly welcome, the security looked at us like if we were criminals, security needs training in customer services, half of the staff in the resort it’s really nice and the other half definitely need some customers service training, this place has a lot of potential but definitely customer service is not completely there, I may be back in the future hopefully things are better 👍

Me hospedé la semana pasada con mi pareja , hicimos la reservación por medio de expedía, llegamos nadie nos dió información en el Área de cheking que expedía hace el cheking en el lóby, fuimos al loby y nos dicen que la habitación hiba estar alrededor de las 4 de la tarde , llegamos y nos han terminado dando la habitación a las 5:10 de la tarde , la habitación el aire no le servía , estaba caliente el cuarto antes de ir a cenar llamó para q lo revisen y cuando regresó después de la disco el cuarto parecía un sauna húmedo y caliente llamó y nos han dado un cambio de habitación a las 2:30 de la madrugada del primer nivel que había pagado por una cama grande nos movieron al tercer nivel a dos camas , y yo con problemas de rodilla , nos quedamos dormidos con mi esposa y no pudimos reservar el restaurante a la carta y les explicamos la razón y una señorita con mala actitud nos dijo q no se podía q era nuestra culpa por quedarnos dormidos , en la tarde fuimos al bar y nos atiende una bartender con una mala actitud en el bar principal que hasta su compañero le dijo q se tranquilizara q en media hora terminaban su turno , muy mala experiencia ir desde Dallas Texas a vivir esos malos momentos , al final salimos desepcionados con mi esposa , perdimos tiempo y dinero cuando pensé q el decameron era diferente , espero puedan tomar cartas en el asunto ya q es una propiedad muy bonita

Room no well maintenance glass door disgusting, floor nasty, no towel in the room. Over all disgusting

The ocean was side was good. The pool were nice to swim in the morning but by 2:00pm the water was too hot to swim. The front desk people after the first day were so rude. They kept looking at their computers instead of attending to guest requests! No politeness from most of the ladies at front desk. Food was horrible. The pupusas the worse I ever tried. The were just beans with no flavor. I do not recommend this place! No Salvadoran food at all at this place was good. .
