Wonderful hotel.. Rooms are spacious, clean and beds are comfortable. My only issue with the hotel is breakfast starts at 8am. I know this is common in Tbilisi, but a 730am start would make it easier for business travelers who need to get going at 8am or 830. At least have some basic items available at 730am.

A/C was an issue and I was shocked when I was told the coffee and tea in the room.was only complimentary the first day. Quiet, Beds comfortable. Great location. Breakfast was good.

Everything is great

The staff tries to make their best however the hotel is abandoned. The management is not interested in the quality of service and in guests' experience at all. The breakfast was vey poor, very limited choice and really wasn't tasty. Bad coffee as well. There were a lot of bugs outside the room on the balcony which tried to get into the room. A nightmare. Dust on the lamps and dirty windows. Never again. Overpriced.

way overpriced. much better and more charming hotels in Tibilisi for same price. Breakfast buffet quite small with unfriendly staff. Only good thing is the Photographer who took the pics for the website. Never again.

Unprofessional staff from start to end. front desk doesn’t know what they are doing They own driver rude hateful towards foreigners uses vile language makes you feel uncomfortable avoid this hotel

Very good hotel, nice stuff and really helpful. Location is in city center. Definitely Will visit it again. They have really nice restaurant. Its fancy place and not that expensive at all for this kind of comfort. I am recommending to visit this place.

Ich hatte eine Junior Suite gebucht und war leicht überrascht, in ein reguläres Zimmer mit Balkon zu kommen. Naja, nicht schlimm. Das Bett war seeehr bequem und das Bad neu und sehr schön. Frühstück so lala

Very much enjoyed the stay. Good breakfast, helpful staff and nice location - bit out from the traditional tourist area but few extra mins to walk only and far better quality.

well run, comfortable hotel; excellent and friendly service at reception, in restaurant, and room maintenance when needed; very good breakfast; everything in impeccable shape (except the carpets may need replacing in the not too distant future to keep up with the rest - a minor criticism);

Hotel was bright, modern. Food was excellent. Staff very helpful and multi lingual. But two negatives - 1. The hotel is not in the city centre as stated. It takes 30 minutes walk! 2. The carpets were filthy! They did try to clean the ones in our room when we asked and they were apologetic but someone needs to CLEAN the place!!

Recently renovated, clean, perfect location. Stayed 5 nights in Junior suite, specious room with good wifi and all you need amenities. Friendly stuff and excellent service in restaurant and front desk.
