The hotel is alright. Just kinda a lot of hidden taxes. Room levy’s, sales tax, luxury tax. Even hotel has multiple fees on every purchase. It’s really limited food selection too. All in all though, I wouldn’t mind if the money was used for infrastructure, but the country is kind of a dump. And people are poor so it’s not helping them. So I dunno. But the workers of the hotel are amazing. From the doorman to the cleaners. Amazing people. They make the hotel, not the Hilton brand.

The services were extremely slow and everything was highly overpriced.

Very friendly staff very accommodating

Hotel room could use a few repairs. Housekeeping missed a day for towels. Hotel property was pretty clean and big. Too bad hot tub was not working. Both pools were nice for families. Lots of activities provided by the staff if you're staying in

Staff was amazing. Very friendly and helpful people everywhere. Truely aome of the nicest people anywhere. Unfortunately the property itself seems a bit dated. Of the four elevators that service ~600 rooms, two were broken the entire time we were there and forced us to take the stairs all week instead of waiting forever for an elevator. Additionally, the hot tub in the pool area was out of service all week and didnt seem to even have anybody trying to fix it. It just feels like some updating is needed.

I came to this hotel with my best friend, my strong opinion is that it’s definetly not a 4star hotel at all. I’ve stayed at 4 star before and the treatment and attention is impeccable and professional. At a point of our stay the fire alarms went off, we saw everyone relaxed so figure it was just maybe a test. I proceeded to call the from our room to ask what was happening I got put on hold and the phone was never answered. Being put on hold when calling customer service happened multiple times. I think it’s a decent hotel, not 4 star, the restaurants are not delicious, the bartenders were very nice and attentive. The mini bar in the room had no drinks! Again it being a 4 star hotel. We were very disappointed with the lack of attention from the staff, and lack of amenities in the rooms. The area of the hotel is very beautiful it’s next to a gorgeous beach walking distance. I would not stay here again.

Nice location; good pool and beach area. The hot tub was unavailable the entire time due to maintenance. The hotel common areas and room were in good condition, but the shower needs to be updated. The showerhead aims at the wall, and couldn't be adjusted. The food and drink service was very slow, but not uncommon for the Caribbean.

Pools were nice. Ocean beach. Staff was very mixed from very friendly to cold and nasty. TV worked occasionally in the room. Room was 82 F upon arrival. 24 hours to cool to 70F. Food was mediocre and expensive Prices changed in the bakery according to staff.

I had a lovely stay at the Hilton Barbados Resort. It was my first time there, and a great choice.

Enjoyed our stay here but the hot tub wasn’t working nor was one of the pools. Only 2 out of the 4 elevators worked the week we were there. However only minor inconveniences we enjoyed our time and the staff was very friendly! The beds were comfy and our room had a beautiful ocean side view with patio.

I loved the location -- it was within walking distance of other restaurants. We were always able to get chairs and umbrellas on the beach, without having to get up early in the morning to save them. The water was beautiful. It was our third time in Barbados and our favorite hotel so far. We liked getting breakfast to go at the cafe -- better than the buffet, which was expensive and had too many scavenging birds. The beach and pool were quiet during the day, which I appreciated. Would book here again.

During a 7 day stay the hotel had several fire alarm offices, a crane the arrive outside my balcony, AC stopped working, cold water in the morning then no water at all….absolute joke!
