Hotel sympathique pour les familles mais sans plus pour les couples Points positifs; Le service est tres bien, les installations sont correctes et l'emplacement aussi Points negatifs; La plage....on ne vient pas d'Europe pour une plage pareille alors qu'il y en a des paradisiaques a quelques km de l'hôtel En résumé, en famille hotel tres bien si la plage n'est pas une prioritée ou si vous etes vehiculé

Das Hotel ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, z.B. Türen können teilweise nicht mehr richtig geschlossen werden. Das Buffet ist ok aber nicht mehr, es gibt sehr oft das gleiche und keine grosse Auswahl für Vegetarier.

Déçue par la chambre très différente de notre premier séjour , plus petite avéc une salle de bain vieillotte

Hôtel de taille humaine avec de belles prestations. Le personnel est très disponible et agréable. Les repas au buffet sont variés et de bonnes qualités. L'esprit de vivre pieds nus est plaisant, "Amour, joie et bonheur"

Nous avons passe 14 jours, le personnel est extrement agreable et au petit soin. L hotel est superbe avec le concept les pieds dans le sable.

Bel établissement, chambre propre et spacieuse, bonne literie. Personnel tres a l ecoute et d une gentillesse. Seul bemol le buffet pas tres varié et oas de produit de saison comme les fruits par exemple.

Schöne saubere Anlage, super nettes Personal. Direkter Zugang zum Strand. Verschiedene Restaurant Optionen. Das Essen im Buffetrestaurant war in Ordnung. Wir haben uns dann auf Grund der besseren Qualität für das à la carte Restaurant entschieden.

This hotel is not about the property, but the staff who make you feel you are the most important guest. Will definitely be back again.

We stayed here for our honeymoon and it was phenomenal. The service from the staff was outstanding and they treated us more like friends than guests, nothing was ever too much trouble. The food at the privilege restaurant was always lovely and something different every night. We couldn’t have asked for a better place for such a special holiday and this will certainly be one that we always remember. Thank you.

Got poisened by their water and was sick for 7 days. Lost 8 kilos.

Great sense of hospitality

Séjour d’une nuit dans le cadre d’un mariage. Excellent hôtel qui se veut assez haut de gamme. Le personnel est extrêmement professionnel et attentif. Pas grand chose à redire, vous y passerez un séjour merveilleux. Le seul bémol, c'est les petits insectes qui ressemblent à des blattes et qui rentrent facilement dans les chambres, nous en avons eu un dans la salle de bains, ce qui peut être déstabilisant pour des européens comme nous.

Veldig fin plass. Hyggelig og oppmerksom betjening. Greie aktiviteter og flott "privat" strand. De sviktet litt i restauranten med service og kvalitet. Anbefales absolutt for det.

Lovely stay for our honeymoon at Veranda Pointe Aux Biches. A quiet hotel with it's own private beach and gorgeous sea view rooms. We would highly recommend the Sandy Lane adults only part of the resort, and the day's catamaran trip was fantastic.

First of all, I need to start by saying that the staff in the main dining area are 10000/10. They were simply marvellous. I’m not a fan of animals and unfortunately due to the dining area being open and connected to the beach, stray cats would wander in whilst dining. I alerted the staff and they ensured that they reserved a table for me which was out of the way for every single meal. They truly went above and beyond to ensure I felt comfortable. Thank you to the team! Overall, the stay was pleasant. My only gripe would be that for the first two nights, the AC wasn’t working in the room and I had to report this to the front desk numerous times and despite being told it was fixed and had been looked at, it hadn’t. This was unpleasant but for the last night, the very helpful hotel manager did upgrade my room and put me into a room with working AC which was good. It’s unfortunate that it was only addressed on my last night though and not earlier on in my stay. The hotel was clean and staff friendly.

The Hotel was as described when I booked. We were allocated a room on arrival although we were a bit early. We managed to get a room on the quiet side of the hotel with the pool just a few steps away. Food at the buffet was good at breakfast and lunch. We only ate at the buffet dinner a couple of times. The privilege restaurant dinner was always good. A few names need mentioning for their great service during our stay, Anoop and Akshay amazing bartenders at the 2 different bars, Amand our regular waiter at the Privilege restaurant. Never seen anyone run around like him. And the room was kept perfect by Lutchmee. Te beach although not private was very well maintained. The sunset views were amazing. A few suggestions for improvements that we already mentioned to the management; - Need improved bakery as the desserts were too boring and old style. - Need more staff in the kitchen and waiters as food refilling was slow. - Better cushions for the dining room chairs. - The quiet side of the hotel is next to a marriage hall and it does get loud in the evenings and night almost ever other day. Management need to ensure that the noise/music is lower in volume and stops at the legally approved time and not go on late into the night. - Free massage voucher is only valid for 48 hours but no one told us and we could not use.

Agréable séjour, l hôtel est très sympa, bien situé! Les chambres sont spacieuses et propres, le personnel sympathique. Pleins d activités sont organisées. Bémol: la nourriture n est pas bonne et la salle de restaurant fait « cantine », bruyant! La piscine est grande mais devient vieillissante
