Hotel atypique style africain safari, on était un couple avec un nourrisson, on a eu la chambre 178 c'était difficile de se déplacer de la chambre vers la piscine / restaurant du soir car trajet trop long. Si non personnel aimable, il faut surtout pas sortir vers la plage car les locaux te saute dessus pour espérer de vendre un truc.. si non globalement cest un bon hotel qui represente l'Afrique.

super .hotel les gens extrêmement gentils , la seul chose je pourrais dire il manque de fer a repasser le linge ..et les matelas de plage un peu fatigués

Great resort and professional staff. We really enjoyed our stay at ocean paradise, room was clean and quiet , food was delicious and night shows and entertainment was added value.

The staff went out of their way to do what I requested and nothing was too much bother for them

The property is well kept and the staff is amazing. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.

It was a lovely spacious hotel with a beautiful African theme spread out in beautiful grounds. The staff were lovely especially Hassan, the Bar Manager and the Animator boys Godgift, Marco and Festo who were great fun. We really enjoyed our holiday there.

Veldig bra Resort med alt en trenger for å koble av fra hverdagen. Veldig serviceminded personale, god standard på rom, kort avstand til strand, stort og fint basseng. Hotellet tilbyr i tillegg ulike turer, daglige aktiviteter etc. Anbefales på det sterkeste!

Wunderschöne, gepflegte Anlage, wird jeden Tag gut gereinigt. Zimmer und Badezimmer sehr geräumig und immer gut gesäubert. Betten werden liebevoll dekoriert. Das Essen ist sehr schmackhaft und abwechslungsreich. Einzig das Personal beim Abendessen hat einige Defizite in der Handhabung der Getränkerechnung. Man muss diese genau kontrollieren, bevor man unterschreibt, da häufig einiges durcheinander geht. Sonst ist das Personal sehr freundlich . Der Strand, die Liegen und die Hotelanlage ist wunderschön, ich kann das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Man muss beim Personal ein Auge zudrücken, schließlich ist man in Afrika!

Absolutely incredible! Fantastic beyond believe . It was so good I booked an additional 3 nights . I could not fault a single aspect of the resort . I was a lone traveler , and every single member of staff including the managers and manager of the resort made me feel like a member of the family . They were all so warm friendly and welcoming, and I will genuinely miss chatting to them . The location is superb and the beach and ocean views incredible. The food was fantastic and I would like to extend a massive thank you to every single member of staff! Nothing was too much trouble for this wonder people . Matthew

This place is truly African heritage. From the file folders to the furniture. I only missed an africanised sticker on the mini fridge. The staff is warm, place clean, daily activities to keep you healthy n fit. This is a place of the definite return to.

Vi hade några underbara dagar på hotellet. Stora fina rum, härlig frukost och middagsbuffe. Fantastiskt poolområde och trevlig personal. Åker gärna tillbaka.

Offre trompeuse ! C est lamentable ! Nous avons réservé 2 chambres doubles pensant payer pour 4 personnes et au final avons dû payer un supplément pour 2 personnes de 1300 dollars ! Ce site n est pas honnête je ne réserverai plus et ne manquerai pas d en faire mauvaise presse Concernant l hôtel ; beau cadre et personnel souriant La piscine est à rafraîchir Cela reste très cher est s adresse à des clients huppés !

The hotel could be so much better with a little improvement to the toilets in the rooms and by training staff to have a more consistent experience. We loved the amenities and proximity to the beach. The pool area is quite nice but lacks atmosphere- the only time they play music is during water yoga each day at lunchtime. Most staff were very friendly but a few were really difficult. We asked to move rooms on day 1 as we had paid for a double room and got two singles pushed together- a real pet hate. It took a day to resolve and the next bed was much better but we had a nasty smell in the bathroom and in the area outside- we didn’t even bother complaining as the experience of moving room had been such an ordeal. Food is really good. Evening entertainment during dinner was quite nice but the setup was very strange with the bands playing facing a screen with half the diners hidden from view. The water in the sea here was an amazing temperature and you can swim easily when the tide is in. The “beach boys” that hawk all sorts of souvenirs on the beach were quite annoying- they were generally polite but would not accept “no” for an answer and will follow you for an uncomfortably long time when you try to just enjoy a nice walk on the beach. This is nothing the hotel can control. Overall we liked the place and probably would have rated it higher if we had been dealt with more professionally on the first two days
