Its offered as an all inclusive which is not. The only thing you can drink without soda or alcohol is water which is unacceptable. The food is very poor only offering at the buffet unhealthy options such us fries, pizza and hot dogs. The room is a 3 star accommodation not a five star and the service is awful very slow and not giving any solutions to your request. We’ve had many problems such us a door which cannot be closed at the room entering mosquitos and we ‘ve complain at least 8 times in order to get it solved. The shower didn’t have hot water and as well they been around two hours to fix it and ee couldn’t have dinner because they closed while we were waiting to be able to have a shower. Terrible experience i would never recommend it to anyone.

It was an amazing experience!

An amazing place to stay, right on the beach. The food was exceptional and very safe (even salads), no need to worry about "cook it, peel it, eat it" - just eat it all! We had the all-inclusive which was well worth it, lots of fun cocktails and mocktails that were included. Everyone working there was friendly and professional. They spray against mosquitoes, outside and inside, so we must have seen less than 5 in a whole week. I would recommend booking your own airport transfer as it's easy to find something considerably cheaper than what the hotel would organize. About 70min drive. The beach is huge (at low tide), and you can walk for kilometres. There can be sea urchins, so water shoes are a good idea. Swimming was safe, and more fun at high tide with the waves. Two pools that are well maintained. All in all, a perfect place to stay and relax.

Our stay at Blue Bay Resort was wonderful. The service, food and hospitality was excellent. I however will like to suggest that the male staff pls use deodorant especially when interacting with guest.

I was booked on AL staff are exceptional from the receptionist, porters to waiters. They ensured that our stay was comfortable. They are very friendly, ever smiling and ready to assist when called upon. There was variety of food and entertainment, Zanzibari night was my best. I will come back again and again.

Staff seemed unhappy Although the advertisement says non powered water sports are included that is not true. It is a hike to do anything from the hotel such as boring diving, tours etc Everything is at least an hour away. High tide eliminates the beach. Low tide brings droves of annoying “beach boys” selling everything- they are very persistent and will kill your desire to swim in the sea. Hoses on the beach look nice but know what they will leave behind - nothing done to clear that

Grundsätzlich alles sehr gut. Kleinere Kritikpunkte sind das späte Abendessen (erst ab 19:30 möglich), was mit Kind nicht immer optimal ist sowie die mitunter laute Livemusik, die bereits beim Abendessen teilweise eine Unterhaltung schwierig gestalten lässt. Hinsichtlich Sauberkeit, Sicherheit, Höflichkeit des Personals, Auswahl und Vielfalt des Essens lässt das Resort kaum Wünsche offen

It is quite a nice hotel with quite good food, however, we are very disappointed by the non-existent goodwill and understanding in case of problems and feel fooled! We have shortly before arrival to the hotel suffered a severe food poisoning and had to be treated in the hospital (there were also some side effects with medication, etc.). It was therefore impossible for us to arrive at the hotel from the beginning. We then arrived there after two days after the premature end of the medications. Here we described the problem with the two missed days and asked for a refund due to the circumstances. Here we were assured several times that this would not be a problem from their side (our booking site Expedia would be rather problematic here). After departure and repeated request for a refund by mail via Expedia, however, no one wanted to know anything about the refund promised to us there. The general manager has claimed false facts here and according to the mail heis not even entitled to decide something like that. Why do they tell us something like that on the spot and act very understanding and as soon as we are gone the opposite happens? The said manager does not answer our mails anymore. This is not acceptable for a 5 star hotel. Are very disappointed and would not recommend it! It was already hard enough because of the disease and then you don't need something like this!

Dass, the manager, is an exception to this hotel. We had visited this hotel in 2015 when it was amazing with exceptional members of staff. A few members of the staff still have a colonial attitude and give a service accordingly- expect a substandard service if you are a non- white resident like we are. Packed lunch for an excursion with a special dietary need of a vegetarian meal with no garlic, no onion, no egg, no fish and absolutely no meat was requested for 12 people including 2 children. The packed lunch supplied consisted of: Ham sandwich, boiled egg, egg muffin, egg croissant, apple and bottle of water- four items completely opposite to our needs. The head chef was reminded of our needs at least five times and seemed to be very arrogant about his attitude towards us.

블루베이는 훌륭한 자연환경을 가지고 있는 곳이다. 바다와 모래 그리고 깨끗한 호텔 그리고 친절한 직원들이 많은 관광객들을 편안하게 쉴 수 있도록 도와준다. 다음 휴가에 잔지바르에 간다면 또 블루베이에 방문 할 것이다.

Positiv: Sehr schöner Strand, Personal überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend. Negativ: - WLAN funktioniert auf den Zimmern nur mit Unterbrüchen, es kann nicht zuverlässig verwendet werden. Schade. - Das Essen wiederholt sich täglich, keine Abwechslung - All inclusive beinhaltet nicht alle Restaurants und auch nur lokale Getränke, Wird leider bei der Buchung nicht erwähnt.

Fantastiskt mottagande, hela vistelsen var som en dröm . Hotellet var över förväntan , personalen respekterade oss som om Kungliga var på besök. Bravur till så duktig personal. Rummen var rena och fina . Hotellet rekomenderas starkt 💪💪💪

Super friendly and helpful staff. Always a smile on their faces and very kind to our two year old. Cleaning was perfect. Garden was beautiful and well kept. View over palm trees and the sea was lovely. Buffet was also good and more varied than expected. So all in all we had a wonderful stay!

We had a fantastic stay at Bluebay Beach Resort! General Manager Jonathan and his team are simply amazing. I will definetely go back!
