Very comfortable, great location. My favorite in Santa Cruz. Big enough / small enough

Staff was very friendly and uncomplicated. We felt as a family, very safe and welcomed. Breakfast was also very good.The only thing is that it can be very loud at night depending on where your room is located, given that a main street and a big mall are on one side of the hotel. Other than that all good and would happily book with them again.
