La atención de todo el personal del hotel es súper buena. Para el desayuno tienen diferentes opciones, y para cenar también la carta es variada. Siempre que voy a Quito me quedo en este hotel. 100 % recomendado!

We stayed at Hotel NH Collection Quito Royal for several nights and had a good experience. The hotel is clean, and comfortable, and the location is good, close to many nice restaurants and coffee shops. The staff were all very friendly, professional, and attentive, always ready to help with anything we needed. Breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options, and the service was excellent. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Quito.

Amazing helpful staff. Really appreciated sorting out an airport transfer for us since our flight got in at almost midnight. Room is spacious and very clean.

everything was perfect.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado y aunque no es nuevo, se encuentra muy bien mantenido. Pero lo mejor de todo es la atención de todo el personal, desde la recepcion hasta el bar, comedor, limpieza etc. Muy amables y pendientes. Excelentes!!! Eso si, la atencion en el comedor es un poco lenta y puede mejorar

Very nice hotal

Staff were very kind and accommodating. The room was clean. In terms of noise I got woken up by the loud closing doors - why do hotels not have quiet closing doors in this day and age? The hotel and room itself were a bit dated. The area is okay, but it’s better to stay in La Carolina as a tourist.

Great hotel in Quito. Great location, attentive and polite staff, good breakfast, large and clean room, great bed and clean bathroom. The hotel also has a good restaurant.
