El hotel esta cerrado hace 2 años‼️

El hotel ya no presta servicios, no se porqué siguen habilitados en la pagina, si no hay atención. Tuve que improvisar en otro hotel

iit was an awful experience for,me to take a taxi cab and arrive to a hotel that was closed. I am so glad I didn't pay in advance.. Hotels.com should be sure that the hotels are open to advertise them. I should request compensation for my expenses and the frustration I had when at 10 pm I had no place to arrive. AWFUL EXPERIENCE!!!!

Lo que más me encanta encanta del hotel es la limpieza, el lugar es céntrico, comodidad y el personal que tiene son amables y atentos.

It is a nice hotel, the staff are nice too and the food for breakfast have a lot of selection. I will get this hotel again when i come to Santa Cruz. My only concern is there's a little in the bathroom that needs to be fixed. Overall, our stay here here was comfortable.

Nuestra estadia en el Hotel las Palmas fue placentera, un hotel muy limpio, el desayuno muy rico y variado, y en general todo el personal muy gentil y atento.

Muito limpo. Funcionarios muito atenciosos. Muito bom restaurante. Um pouquinho afastado do centro, o que sugere uma coa caminhada para conhecer a cidade.

Everything was great.

Estadia excelente, quarto de tamanho bom, boas acomodações, limpo, funcionários atenciosos e simpáticos. Inconvenientes... banheiro com banheira, não existe opção de somente chuveiro, acesso aos quartos por escadas, não há elevador, dificultando locomoção de pessoas idosas ou com deficiências. Lamentável que meu filho esqueceu o celular no hotel e não foi encontrado por nenhum funcionário, inacreditável.

We stayed here for 6 nights and it was great. The location is central and it is easy to get around from there.

I've stayed at this hotel a few times previously and everything was always wonderful. On this occasion the hotel was not able to respect my reservation through Expedia and told me they were all booked. I was left to find an available hotel in the middle of the night during the busiest time of the year for them. Luckily I found a hotel. Not impressed by the Hotel Las Palmas handled a repeat customer.
