Great and friendly staff, confortable room

Nothing stood out. It’s just a newly renovated hotel. I found more value in a boutique hotel than Sheraton Asunción.

Spent 5 nights great service from all staff. No complaints. Pool is on top floor. Bring your sunscreen, I didn’t. Plenty of restaurants in the surrounding area and malls. All good food

Ya tiene unos años y podria estar mejor mantenido.Adjunto foto de un armario. Personal muy atento. Desayuno flojo con fruta y embutidos de calidad muy justa. Está en una zona buena con muchos restaurantes y 2 grandes galerias de tiendas.

I would definitely return. Staff is very polite and helpful. It would be a lot easier if English was spoken by the restaurant staff but the food is very good, overall I cannot complain.

The commodity of the Hotel is perfect. Nonetheless, the service is horrible. There weren't people to help with the luggage. Only the service at the bar and restaurant were very polite and outgoing with the guest. The rest of the staff needs to be more friendly and easy going with the guests. Overall, I will give it 2 starts.
