If you don’t mind simple, very simple places it should be fine. It’s clean and the breakfast was good!! It’s a very old facility in need of updates.. it’s about halfway from the airport to the bus station,

Pontos positivos: não muito longe do aeroporto e shoppings e lojas da região; da pra ir caminhando. Do recepcionista da noite e a moça do café. Pontos negativos: O quarto e o hotel tem um cheiro estranho, a roupa de cama também, café da manha bem fraco e bem básico. Pra um dia e meio, pelo valor, valeu!

No water in the room. Every day I had to go and complain to the front desk and they would twist some knobs to turn on the water.

Nem todos os quartos eram adequados, pedi para mudar de quarto, quarto ok! Funcionarios ok, bem atendido! Café da manhã pouca opção, mais ok

Zimmer sind schon ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen aber sauber. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Ambiente des Innenhof ist unschlagbar, eine absolute Oase in der Hektik Asuncions und wenn man Glück hat kommt sogar ein Kolibri vorbei. Leider war der Pool nicht mehr ganz so frisch da der kleine Wasserfall nicht angestellt war. Dafür der Punkt Abzug. Ansonsten sehr gut gelegen in der Nähe der Shopping center.

The hotel is a bit old, however the common areas are very good, and the room very spacious, I must say thr shower needs a bit more cleanliness (mold noted). Otherwise pleasant stay. Fyi. They charge you for the waters in the fridge.
