Cheap hotel - you get what you pay for.

The room was spacious. The view was exceptional. Quiet courtyard perfect for a quiet morning coffee.

Old hotel. Shower head was rusted never used it made me nervous

Staff were very helpful, room was clean and good value. Restaurant (breakfast) was a bit expensive and the room is not very attractive. Walking distance from Road Town ferry terminal a big plus.

The room was acceptable. There was no lock on the sliding door which faced the back. I had paid to stay with a receipt for 5 days. On the 4th day Hyacinth called my room to say that I did not have it reserved. She was going to charge me an additional $269 I left. .

The room was nice and the staff was very professional and helpful. Leah, Nisha, supervisor Khalil, Hyacinth etc. They all displayed very excellent customer service.

Staff was great, no dryer in room and doors on bathroom doesn’t lock, but everything else was great

Room was neglected and property seemed sketchy.

This place is in a very low income area. Does not feel safe and we come from policing background. Large iron gates attempting to secure property but main gate you walk through is open??? Room was so over powered by a cleaning solutions and floor soaking wet so had to leave shoes on. Bed dirty and patio door for ocean view $$ wouldn’t lock and said it has been broken for years? Main door to room you could put a hand under. Just nasty. The other views looked at garbage and slum area.

Very nice and helpful staff, very comfortable beds, decent sheets and towels, charming older grand hotel decor. Rug in room fading. Breakfast menu (not included) was nice. Would stay again for sure — just across the street and one short block to the ferry, so walking distance.

The location is perfect, the hotel needs an upgrade/refurbished most stuff in the room rusted the furnishings falling apart the facility has potential but needs to be maintained.

The room was fine, but restaurant was not open for dinner, which we were depending on. It took us two hours after check in time to wait to get in to our room due to the electronic key system not working. Not ideal after a 15 hour travel day! Would never go back.
