Great location, nice patio style colonial building.

The staff was helpful and friendly. I couldn’t get the TV to work (but didn’t call). And I was surprised that there was no elevator. The porter helped with my bags.

Close to the square. Breakfast included even on the day we had to leave super early. Provided a sack lunch.

It was an excellent experience: nice location, friendly staff, and wonderful architecture.

Beautiful hotel. The rooms are huge (the one in duplex). The commons areas gorgeous. Very well located in the historic center.

El hotel está ubicado en el centro del casco histórico en un edificio colonial precioso. El personal del hotel es muy amable, en especial Javier, en el check in facilitando todas las gestiones y aportando información de que visitar la zona.

Location was excellent. Great breakfast included.

Beautiful rooms and open areas!

Such a beautiful place to stay. We couldn't have asked for better service. Two mornings we had to leave very early and a breakfast was provided for us. We needed some specific transporation and we had it. We wanted a few unique tours and we got them. We needed a room change (due to aging knees), and we got it. We couldn't have asked for a more beautiful place to also just hang out and play cards and relax inbetween our adventures.

Lovely hotel for a stay in Quito.

Perfect location, super friendly staff, great ambience. My room has two issues that could not be resolved -- the TV only played one channel (not a big deal, I wasn't the to watch TV) and the heating didn't work (not a big deal, it was only cool for a few hours just before bed, felt ok otherwise). My room was on the top floor, not necessarily an easy climb for everyone through narrow stairs, but, in exchange, I had a super view of Quito with full windows on two sides of the room.

Right in the heart of all the action, but whisper quiet and so beautiful. The staff was top notch, the breakfast was delicious, the room was gorgeous and comfortable

Place with beautiful , that was helpful and welcoming , the hotel was very clean and close to everything

Air conditioner was a little noisy and there can be some noise outside your hotel room door as all rooms face the courtyard but it comes with the style of the hotel.

Beautiful property but the highlight was the staff. They were kind, helpful, and made some very good recommendations. I will stay there again.
