Friendly staff, close to a metro, old world charm. Would definitely stay again.

Breakfast was good. The rooms were ok. We had one room that was good and then next time we stayed we got an extremely small room that was very noisy as it was next to the Jazz Club that was next door.

The reception staff are wonderful. Everyone is very helpful and super friendly. I am very grateful for the kindness and assistance they gave me. I would recommend this place to all my friends.

The check-in and out time at the hotel was not consistent with what Hotels.com wrote. So in the end I had the room for 2hours less than I thought. The cleaning was good, but the perfume used was so strong that I had to air out the entire room. Otherwise really good service! Helpful staff, the breakfast was okay, and I felt safe during my stay.

Eine Oase der Ruhe im hektischen Quito. Sehr freundliches hilfsbereites Personal. Das historische Zentrum mit der Metro schnell erreichbar (2 Stationen vom Parque Ejido bis Plaza San Francisco). In Mariscal viele Restaurants.

Friendly staff, decent breakfast, safe, quiet. It is a bit of a walk from the old town however.
