We didn't visit the casino. The food options at the hotel and surrounding area were very good. The room was clean.

The whole resort is well-maintained, cleanliness excellent and the elevator working well! Restaurant staff were very attentive to our needs. Highly recommended!

The casino experience was ok. The staff was attentive and offered complimentary drinks several times while we were gaming. It's a small casino and games were limited and out of date. I didn't care for the free play "10 for 10" set up. The hotel staff went above and beyond to do a nice display with flowers and wine in honor of our anniversary. I wish this kind of attention carried forward whenever we had to call down to the front desk for something. It was over an hour wait on any requests outside of room service. I would definitely stay again given the overall experience.

The property is beautiful, the heated pool is a plus. The room was very, very clean. The beach on a good day s awesome. But on a bad day lots of seaweed. The ocean is rough, not for non-swimmer or children. My daughter and I loved the waves. The hotel has the best pizza!!! The only thing I don't like is the fare to get off the property. It is expensive...$10 each way for a 4 minute drive, so do the math if you go further. The food at the hotel is expensive, apart from the pizza, the food taste ok, nothing spectacular.

Yes the spa was great. Great for all ages.

Started to get outdated, room was noisy.

I didnt like waking up in the wee hours of the morning with termite all over the room and the bed and myself. We had to run out of the room because the office was raking too long to come. After all this, the supervisor Ms. Tyson had the audacity to off us breakfast for two in their overpriced resturant. After she realized hiw peeved i was, she raised it to $125.00 which equates to a dinner for two. I would not go back or encourage anyone to go there. As a matter of fact, i would tell them to go anywhere but there.

The staff was incredibly accommodating from check-in thru checkout, My dad had his destination wedding at the hotel. Over 100 guests. It was great and the staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time. Also, the restaurant by the pool is elite. The staff and food is delicious. Also, the pizza is a nice treat.

Very nice hotel. The prices for food was a bit expensive but everything else was amazing.

There are limited options for lunch and facilities because it’s “off season” even after an all-inclusive package was offered to guests. Simply don’t offer it if you’re not serving up to par as you usually would.. other guests like myself are paying the same just as those during cruise ship docking and peak season or just don’t offer the all inclusive package. There are no water refilling fountains on this property. Secondly, don’t advertise the beach when it’s clear it’s on the Atlantic side and full of seaweed that you cannot swim or even relax on it. Also, take a page out of other islands’ all inclusive package when they say “all inclusive” and pay for it, not limit guests to only children drinks and all non-alcoholic beverages while your package is way overpriced for such.

The staff were very attentive, courteous, and professional. Also we had a personal driver that took us around to every place there was to see in St Kitts.

This a beautiful property. The staff were friendly and accommodating and the rooms were clean. There was access to everything from restaurants on the strip to a pharmacy and market across the street. There were taxis always readily available to take you wherever you needed to go and the airport was less than 10 min away. Everything about this hotel was just convenient.

Beach needed to be cleaned. Too much seaweed. However the lounge chairs, gazebos and the service was good. I would return.
