Hotel is nice. Could use a little maintenance. Fix the little broken things, like the foot wash at the beach, the ice machines, the broken drain in the shower. A store on property that is open later than 6pm would be nice. What I don’t like is the hassling from the Royal gems people trying to get you to buy jewelry. Out on the streets I get it, but in the hotel you shouldn’t be bothered by that stuff

Beautiful resort and great service

It is a short ride from the airport. It is located not far from the Strip. The resort is quiet with a lovely beach. The property is well maintained. I did have one issue. The floor in our room was visibly dirty when we arrived. I waited two day for it to be cleaned. It was not. I had go to the front desk & ask for it to be cleaned. The room was well cleaned for three days. On our last day they dropped the ball. The room was not cleaned. Bed was never made up, nothing restocked, no clean towels. I don't know if it was a short staffing issue, but I expected more from Marriott.

Nice place - need to work on getting hot water system in good working order - a couple days it wasn't working well

Staff was good except for promised dinner reservations from the concierge (twice) that weren’t made.

Unwelcoming staff, you walk in and no one says hi. They charged my stay twice because I booked last minute and the system didn’t register the payment. Staff at check-in didn’t spot this. In-room balcony fencing is made of plastic, poor quality furniture and products in the room too.

Beautiful pool and even better oceanside

We found this resort to be extremely beautiful with gorgeous views and an excellent beach. Everyone was most helpful and kind. I highly recommend coming to this special place!

Great spot.Great food. People were very helpful and friendly. Only the main building has an elevator -if you are in the other areas you have to climb stairs .Many rooms that are not in the main building do not have balconies.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Rooms were spacious and clean.

Wonderful resort! Definitely the best resort on the island!!

Just fine, but not more

Was disappointed... Hotel is dated and needs updates. Stayed there once before and it seemed much more busy. Seems to have lost it's luster. Not a nice beach. We stayed in an ocean view room which the furniture is old. Floors are tile and appear dirty but that's because they are old. For the cost of that room at a Marriot we were not impressed. Not worth the money......

Good location close to restaurants & market walkable distance .

Very nice resort

An average hotel on an average island, with spacious rooms, average to below average food and beverages, average customer service, limited nighttime entertainment, average yet spacious sandy beach, and no organized sporting activity or entertainment on or near the beach. In fact, food service at the beachside bar stopped at 6 PM, and beverage service stopped at 7 PM. All in all, I’m glad flight and hotel stay were priced competitively on Expedia, because this wasn’t one of my most rewarding or memorable trips to the Caribbean.

This Marriott is by far the best we’ve stayed at! The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The rooms are spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained. The bartenders are hands down the best on the island, serving up great drinks with even better service. A special shoutout to Arbon the Porter—he is absolutely amazing! Friendly, helpful, and always going above and beyond to make our stay special. We can’t wait to come back

Great property near walkable restaurants, and with plenty of good food and shop options on site as well. This side of the island has rough water so the beach is pretty, but not good for swimming - head to other beaches on St Kitts. Staff were friendly, everything was clean, and our stay was great.
