After you stay at the hotel you have to try ward restaurant nearby, good food.

The place in general is good, but I did not feel comfortable. The security people treat people like criminals. They always ask about personal things and ask to see the contents of your bags, even when you leave. This situation was very disturbing to me. Before I stayed, I noticed many comments talked about the same problem, and I didn't believe them. But after staying, I understood their feelings. Next time, I will not stay in this hotel.

The staff was very friendly and amazing. Everyone from the entrance of the hotel to the concierge desk, to the staff in all of the stores were extremely nice and helpful. Great hotel near a convenient location.

At check in Ahmad was on our arrival very friendly and helpful On checking out Mahmoud Adas was on duty and he was very friendly and nice too

I was given a very smelly room. I complained about it but nothing was done. At the end they just said sorry. The kettle was dirty and had some food. I made cup of tea with the dirt in it. Only found out the next day.

Klima funktioniert nicht richtig, Elektrische Anschlösse vertausch, Gast muss selber suchen , wo die Elektro Anschlösse sind. Klobrille unstabil wacklig kann Mann nicht darauf sitzen. WC und Dusche in einem sehr klein geratenen Raum, dass man sich kaum drehen kann. Hätte für den Preis was besseres erwartet.

We had a great time at Ayass Hotel. The rooms were large and comfortable. There was a great and delicious breakfast buffet. We loved the food. The most important part was the hotel taxi experience. The hotel taxi was a very good and comfortable sedan. Our driver, a gentleman called Taleb Abbady, was a fantastic person. He knows everything and everyone in Jordan!! He showed us around the place, knew a lot of details - not just historical stuff but also local information, good travel hacks and lovely person overall. Our trip to Jordan would not have been half the fun it it weren't for Taleb. We thank Ayass Hotel for the taxi service and making us meet Taleb. Anyone visiting Jordan and staying at Ayass should ask for him.

Leider gibt es nichts positives bei diesem 4 Sterne Hotel hervorzuheben, da bei einer solchen Kategorie immerhin auch einiges erwartet werden kann. Das Personal war entweder unwillig oder absolut inkompetent. Das von Expedia gebuchte Zimmer mit Stadtblick hatte nur einen dunklen Blick in einen kleinen Innenhof. Bademäntel und Hausschuhe fehlten. Auf Nachfrage wurde lediglich 1 Satz geliefert. Fussbodenreinigung fand keine statt. Der Teppichboden war dreckig (Haare, Krümmel usw.). Die "Eierstation" beim Frühstück war nur sporadisch besetzt, die Frühstücksterasse wurde nur nach Aufforderung eingedeckt usw.

Best hotel ever Very good customer services .... I like it I will go back next year

It's my third time in this hotel, very good services, cleaning, ok food. This time it was even better than expected, a special thanks to Mr. Hadj, the taxi driver, who is a very responsible, friendly, and interesting person. I will definitely be back again.
