Very good overall (staff, restaurants) but for some reason no more live football in sports bar, which I believe not acceptable for a 5-star hotel. But I understand that not everybody likes football...

I had the pleasure of experiencing a truly delightful stay at this hotel in Oman. Very organized place to stay, very clean room, friendly staff, nice buffet breakfast, I will book again if I return to the area in the future, was really a good choice

Très bon hôtel. Un peu dur à trouver si vous n'avez pas encore votre GPS car manque d'indication sur la route. Autrement le séjour est excellent. Le restaurant SteakHouse est un peu cher comparé aux prix pratiqués à Oman, mais il y en a 2 autres dans l'hôtel (dont le sportbar excellent !)

Amazing and unexpected welcoming of fresh fruit and dates with chocolate. That was very thoughtful for a traveler arriving at midnight. Extremely clean room with top notch accessories.

Les notes attribuées à cet hôtel, tout comme ses 5 étoiles, sont incompréhensibles. Les prestations de la chambre n’étaient pas du tout à la hauteur : forte odeur d’humidité dans la chambre, malgré un long temps d’aération pendant le dîner, miroir grossissant cassé, style vieillissant et que dire de la literie, improbable (sensation d’un surmatelas fin sur une planche en bois).

호텔 자체는 좀 연식이 되어 보이나 전체적으로 잘 관리되어 있어요. 단 여름에는 아예 나가기가 힘드네요. 음식은 아주 잘 나오는데 알콜 가격이 한국의 3배는 되는것 같네요. 나가서는 못사니 사 가세요.

Quality hotel as expected from IHG group. Very good value for the rate charged. Great layover if you are on your way to UAE. Staff are very helpful and friendly.

Superbe hôtel, repas restaurant et pdj au top avec beaucoup de choix... Chambre spacieuse et confortable... Personnel aux petits soins... Piscine exterieure gigantesque chauffée ! Que du bonheur. Hôtel luxueux.

The location is easy to find and the roads are not busy to the hotel. Great views and very peaceful.

Loved this hotel. Large room. Good views. Although on a main road but windows sound isolated. Clean. Food is very good with excellent variety. Had more than one restaurant so plenty of choice. Reception staff were very welcoming. Thank you.

Staff were friendly and very helpful, particularly at breakfast, in the steak restaurant and Maria (I think that was her name) at the reception desk.

Bel hôtel mais il est dommage que cet hôtel ne tienne pas compte des demandes. J'ai réservé un mois à l'avance et je demande une chambre calme et un grand lit, on me donne une chambre avec deux lits et sur l'autoroute ????

Magnifique piscine, chaude, très agréable. Hôtel très confortable, un peu désuet dans son architecture, qui se veut grandiose... mais visiblement difficile à entretenir. Loin de la mer et du centre de Sohar
