Bar and staff were phenomenal, rooms can use an upgrade but definitely not horrible. It’s just hard to track what activities and restaurants are open since we get a paper print out of the info and mine went swimming day one. I’ll definitely be back!

Beautiful Resort with Wonderful staff that works hard to please their Guest! Food was delicious! The beach is clean and the pool area with the outside tiki style bar area is cool! Be ready to relax and chill is the vibe of the Resort! My Family had an enjoyable experience!

There is no hot tub which I had expected The sister hotel which you can shuttle To has one. Food was good. Staff was good. Pedro was excellent. Very relaxing and beautiful

The resort was wonderful and very relaxing. The room was clean, comfortable, and well stocked on a daily basis with all the essentials. The pool and beach were very nice and relaxing. It was easy to find chairs at one or the other. The food at the restaurants was delicious and a good variety. We appreciated that reservations were not required for dinner if staying at the resort. We also enjoyed going to the sister resort, the Alexandra, for additional dining options and to enjoy the beautiful beach and amenities there. Our only complaint was the service at the restaurants was sometimes slow, but we were never in a rush so it didn’t bother us. Otherwise, we had a wonderful stay at Blue Haven and would come again!

Food options were fewer even after making request for vegetarian food. Staff are very slow in their response to any request.

Waking up at the Blue Haven Resort in Turks & Caicos was truly waking up in paradise. We had a studio with a king size bed that had an ocean view but no balcony which we were initially interested in but this did not impact our experience overall . Beautiful oceanfront room with palm trees and water on display. Being able to visit the sister Property Alexandra’s with an even larger beach is definitely a plus!

This facility is ( it's all subjective, i know! however....i've been around!) without a doubt the new benchmark for a calm and luxurious vacation...intimate facilities ( 47 rooms) our one bedroom suite with balcony had full state of the art kitchen,washer/dryer/ walk in closet etc....the Staff ( every single category) was warm, friendly and a joy to be around!...the Restaurants were world class and with ultra all inclusive package , included so no checks!....i could go on and on ( and i guarantee that some people just love to find fault anywhere) but Blue Haven is without a doubt my new go to island retreat! Thank you Orbitz for a perfect trip some people

The room was huge and more than met our family of 4 needs--the pictures on the website didn't do it justice at all. It was cleaned daily in a timely manner which never seems to be the case with many hotels nowadays. It was a lovely resort, the perfect size!

The pictures of the oceanfront view are totally misleading. Our room was not even close to "as advertised" though an upgraded room was very spacious and comfortable. I believe Expedia switched us from the room I had been preparing to book to a lesser room when they offered the "stay + flight" package which meant the price looked great but I didn't realize we weren't getting the room I was trying to book. Food options were limited at BH. We were unaware of the "sister resort" (Alexandra) and shuttle situation until we arrived. It was nice to have more options but hourly shuttles and 15 minutes each way were not ideal. Apparently none of the pools in T&C are heated so there was virtually no one in any pool at either resort as the water was too cold. The resort is small and cozy which is nice for an uncrowded and relaxing stay if that's what you seek.
