Excellent location totally relaxing. Staff are very attentive and pleasant.

Wir konnten um 14:00 Uhr nicht einchecken, erst eine Stunde später. Die Suite wurde nur schnell geputzt, nach fünf Minuten barfuss hatten wir schwarze Füsse. Die Lage war einmalig und ruhig Die Badetücher muss mach am Empfang abholen, das wurde uns beim Einchecken nicht gesagt.

Un hôtel magnifique, plusieurs restaurants, plusieurs bars , pleins d’activités inclus et en suppléments , vue et plage magnifique, rien à dire c’était excellent !!!

This hotel is not comparable to other options in Mauritius for the price - it is of much lower quality than the price and photos suggest. The level of attention to detail is poor. Rooms are not cleaned properly with hard to reach places gathering cobwebs, the bathrooms are old and tired, and there is a general lack of attention to detail throughout such as not having mosquito screens and not having the AC on for when you check in. The staff are nice but their initial reaction is always to say no to your request, before then attempting to accommodate you, a small point perhaps but when added together with the other factors you really start to notice it. You can find much better value for money elsewhere. Key point to note is that every night they have an extremely loud show/performance until late where you can hear the music no matter where you are in the hotel - this vibe will suit some people but others looking for a quiet time should avoid. All in all it reminded me of a premium hostel rather than a hotel, not what we were expecting for the price.

Average. Some staff great, others not trained well with poor customer service skills. Buffet sometimes ran out of items and they were not refilled.

The room was in excellent condition, the catamaran tour was the highlight of our vacation. The crew of the catamaran treated us like family.

Property was average, food was terrible. Only stayed one night due to the close proximity to airport for our flight out after staying on the other side of the island. Glad we weren’t staying longer. The beachfront was nice though.

Rooms are fantastic and clean. Super comfortable beds. Loads of different areas to relax and swim with the options between the lengthy beach and the pool area. Lots of activities and i really enjoyed the food at the buffet area.

Everywhere was immaculately clean . The staff were highly professional, pleasant , friendly , nothing was too much trouble , and all so genuine in their manner. This includes the cleaners , maintenance staff , porters , bar staff , restaurant staff, receptionists, taxi drivers, managers , boat house staff , and all other staff . The glass bottom boat trip was absolutely fantastic, thank you . The view from my room was amazing . I have had 3 day packages at this hotel in previous years, all very enjoyable and this is why I wished to return to stay . As a solo female traveller I felt extremely comfortable . I would not hesitate to stay at this hotel again and hope to in the future. Thank you for such a great few days .

We spent five wonderful nights in this beautiful resort with my son. Everything was excellent, especially the Hausboat team who organized the boat trip. I would like to thank all of them, especially Mr. Sebastian, who was very friendly and kind to us. However, I noticed a few small details that could be improved. For example, in the bar area there are some glasses that look like real glass cups used for soft drinks, but they are actually made of plastic. Although they were clean, they didn’t look very clear and gave the impression of being less clean than they really were. For this reason, I reduced my rating from 10 to 9. I suggest replacing these plastic glasses with real glass ones, as it would better match the high standard and quality of this beautiful resort.

Sehr sauberes, großes und schönes Zimmer. Der Blick aufs Meer war toll. Das Personal war oft etwas arrogant, was ich so selten wo erlebt habe. Die Dame, die mein Zimmer sauber gemacht hat, war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Das Essen war nicht so vielseitig. Man kann eine Katamaran Tour (nur 40€ pP), Schnorchelausflug und Fahrradtour (kostenlos) über das Hotel buchen. Normalerweise ist die Fahhradtour ab 2 Personen, aber ich war alleine und hab eine tolle private Tour bekommen. Leider war das Personal mit anderen Ausflügen nicht so hilfsbereit und man kann nichts über das Hotel buchen.

Bien pratique pas loin de l'aéroport, superbe accueil, vue fantastique, chambre impeccable et grande, plusieurs plage, dommage quelques une avec les bateaux.

The staff were friendly and helpful from check-in. The facilities were clean and modern. The view from the room was beautiful, and the beach was lovely. The dinner buffet could have offered more variety and better options, but breakfast was much better.

Room was amazing and staff were nice. However, pool and beach were small. Not enough long chairs. Food was average and bar is overpriced. Also, they charge for water at diner (half pension)...

Schönes Hotel, gut gelegen. Der Strand halt nicht so schön mit Korallen wie bei Blue Bay, aber gut zum Baden, auch für Kinder. Frühstück sehr gut mit toller Auswahl! Frische Früchte
