Brilliant stay at this hotel. Our room was spacious, clean and the bed was very comfy. We had tea & coffee making facilities and a smeg fridge in our room. Shower was excellent with lovely warm underfloor heating. Breakfast was a huge choice. The hotel was very central and quiet. We stayed for new year and had dinner on the very top floor which had panoramic views of the spectacular firework display. The staff at this hotel are brilliant, so friendly warm and welcoming, very willing to above and beyond to make sure your stay is perfect. We were treated like royalty during our stay.

Der stod at der var parkering på hotellet, hvilket ikke er korrekt. Vi havde bestilt et værelse på dobbeltseng, for mig er en 140 seng ikke en dobbeltseng. Vores værelse lå lige over udsugningen fra køkkenet, som larmen fra kl 6 morgen til kl 23, så vi ikke kunne have åbent vindue. Det havde vi ellers brug for, da værelse var utrolig varmt, til trods for at radiatoren var slukket, men til gengæld lige ved siden af saunaen, om det er den der har varmet værelset op, det er uvist, men varmt var der. Oveni at der så ikke var varmt vand da vi ankom til hotellet, det kom så vi heldigvis kunne komme i bad dagen efter.

Utmerket hotell med flott interiør og fantastisk service. Det var veldig varmt på rommet, men bortsett fra det var alt bra.

Et meget godt alternativ sentralt i Torshavn. Typisk byhotell feks uten pool etc. tilgang til treningssenter en liten rusletur unna. Relativt små, men koselige rom. Veldig hyggelig personale.

Litt misfornøyd med rom i kjeller/ 1.etg - manglet dagslys, elles ok.

Decent hotel in a very convenient center area with many top rated restaurants nearby. Close to harbor.

The property is excellent in many ways. However, the staff are exceptional. Our flight out of the Faroe Islands was cancelled and the person at the Lobby went out of their way to arrange for the airline to pay for an extra night at the Hafnia (which was much better for us), arrange for three free meals at the hotel, and then even called our taxis to reschedule pick up for the next day. And even though check in is normally after 3 PM, the person was able to get us into our rooms right away for the extra night so that we could relax. We never asked for any of this, they just took the initiative and made it happen. It definitely took the sting out of having our flights cancelled. My only recommendation is that they have at least a small menu available for hotel guest late into the evening (especially on Fridays and Saturdays). Also, there are a lot more places open late on Saturdays in the areas than the hotel is aware of, so perhaps they could keep a more up to date record of these where you can eat "after hours."

We were a family of five staying here. Located in the cutest part of town. Very nice staff, helpful. The cabin we were in seemed brand new. We had a great stay!
