Je n’ai pas pu loger à cet hôtel à cause des émeutes à Madagascar le jour de mon arrivée

The style of the hotel is very nice. I really like the art/decorations in the hallways. Everyone is very helpful & pleasant. I really enjoyed my stay. My only recommendation is that the restaurant staff hover a bit much, but are very nice & trying to be helpful

I did two pre-checks before arriving that my room would have two beds. Upon arrival there was one queen-size bed. We had to wait 40 minutes while they made up two beds. Also the air-conditioning worked poorly, and I was uncomfortably hot all night.

It was a very nice stay, everything was clean and orderly. Staff friendly and helpful.

great stay but need a little refresh as regards supplies. No soap in bathroom and no anti mosquito consumable on 1st night. Otherwise a good stay.

Hospitality

A lot of Mosquitos in lobby, annoying noises in bathroom sink, early morning wake up from upstairs noise. Limited choices for breakfast.

The people were lovely, but they dont speak much English. The hotel is 45 minutes from the airport and the druve is dirty, hot and full of fumes. They really tried hard to be of service.

I decided to change hotel for safety issues and was very pleased with my choice. The hotel is in a complex with very good security levels. Rhe staff and the hotel were faultless. Management were so apologetic when a false fire alarm went off at 00.40 a.m. One improvement however would be sun lounges rather than deck chairs. Increasing numbers as some days the day visitors to the pool took over the pool preventing residents to soak up the sun or use the pool

The water of the waterfront is a rice paddy, but nevertheless well situated. Staff very friendly.

The staff here were super. The rooms were nice and large. The breakfast buffet was lovely. Heaps of stuff to do at the Waterfront. The beds were very comfortable and there was loads of space and storage.

Staff arrived quickly to my room to push me in the hotel's wheelchair. Bath needed rubber bath mat to prevent falls. Coffee machine was WEIRD! Bar was nice but rug needed to be cleaned. Called 3 times and shuttle never arrived at airport- took taxi- was reimbursed and comped 2 drinks. Breakfast buffet was very nice. Hospitality manager was very accomodating and friendly.

Fantastic staff and very pleasant stay. We particularly appreciated the musicians Friday night. The music was excellent.
