Villa Monticello is home away from home. The rooms a clean and spacious. The members of staff are courteous and pleasant. Irene has been exceptional.

Extremely comfortable hotel, very convenient to airport. Staff were so accommodating and professional. Food was especially good. Will definitely return.

This is a really quaint property and the staff is beyond sweet and accommodating. The room was beautifully appointed and always squeaky clean! The bar and restaurant team are top rate and management team super professional Our only complaint is this is clearly a BUSINESS HOTEL with no pool or those kinds of amenities. Outside of that we absolutely loved our stay at the lovely Villa Monticello who made our first trip to Ghana so welcoming and comfortable. ❤️ ❤️

Very convenient city hotel, private atmosphere.

Hotel is fairly smart, but small. No lift to 2nd floor, which is challenging with luggage. Internet quality is regularly terrible. Could not make a work call, and struggled to call family (many times) Room service seldom got the meal order right

Hotel is comfortable as a mid week business hotel, though there is very little to do over weekend. No pool. No garden to relax in. Room did not have a safe in it, until I complained on day 3 Terrible experience where the staff harassed me in my room to come down and meet someone at reception, and when that failed even allowed that person (not a guest) up into the hotel outside my bedroom. Bad security

Excellent service and food except the facility has no elevators. It was difficult walking the stairs. Lower part of stairs has no guard rails. It was extra difficult for an old disabled man. Hotel should invest in elevator.

Villa Monticello embodies everything you are looking for in a hotel. A peaceful atmosphere along with Staff that is very friendly and goes above and beyond to meet your needs. I enjoyed the in room spa treatment, which was exactly what I needed after a long journey. I also, give special kudos to the Chef, for a menu that blends the flavors of West Africa with Asia, India, European cuisines. Let me not forget, if you are not up to driving in Accra. Please utilize the one of drivers available. The cost is reasonable and you are definitely in safe hands.

It was good

It was a wonderful stay with very attentive staff. The rooms are super spacious and clean. I would definitely stay there again. The only drawback is that the hotel lacks a pool and it would've been nice to get some relief from the heat.
