Noisy and the lift was not feeling safe. The staff were great though and the location central.

Not for foreign tourists. The staff are nice and the facilities are not bad for the price, but the inside is a bit noisy and the noise after midnight around the hotel is very loud.

Minha estadia no Kenya Comfort Hotel Suites foi bastante agradável e superou as expectativas para a categoria do hotel. O atendimento foi atencioso e a equipe sempre disposta a ajudar. O atendimento é o ponto forte do hotel; a equipe me chamava pelo nome, tão amável! O quarto era espaçoso e bem organizado, com uma cama confortável e área de estar, ideal para quem precisa de um espaço extra. A limpeza foi impecável durante toda a estadia, e o ambiente transmitia sensação de segurança e tranquilidade. A localização é outro ponto forte – fica em uma área de fácil acesso a pontos turísticos e ao centro de Nairóbi. O restaurante do hotel oferece uma boa variedade de pratos locais e internacionais a preços justos. O café da manhã foi simples, mas saboroso, com opções que atendem bem diferentes gostos. Para quem busca uma hospedagem confortável e com bom custo-benefício, o Kenya Comfort Hotel Suites é uma excelente escolha em Nairóbi. Com certeza voltaria!

Hotel manager and staff were very friendly and helpful. Room is value for what you paid. Unfortunately tne police in town terrorize tourists.

Old property. Felt like a prison. Charges more money for extra person. Rooms should for minimum 2 people. More friendlier hotels in surrounding area who doesn't charge extra for 2nd person.

God price, central and near mall and restaurants. Building and rooms are very outdated even that can bring a charm for someone. Friendly stuff, except that I ordered a tv remote I never got and also no toalett paper. Needed to take it from a neighbor room where no one stayed, door was open. Nice to sit outside on the balcony area to relax, drink and eat.

I have stayed here numerous times. It's a great budget hotel where it you are a repeat customer, everyone remembers you.

窓閉まりません。トイレ流れ悪い。夜は向かいの店がギャンギャン騒音鳴らす。アメニティは液体石鹸のみ、ドライヤーなし。蚊帳破れてる。ドアの閉まり悪い。クローゼットは鍵を持ってくれば閉まる。 スタッフは親切。2階のレストランは夜やる事ない時にめちゃくちゃ助かる。セキュリティはなんかいいと思う。

トイレ流れ悪い。部屋狭い。カギボロボロで時々開かない。掃除スタッフ男愛嬌あり、女スタッフ無愛想。 2階のレストランマジうま。スタッフはご陽気で親切。立地最高、夜やばい奴出現。セキュリティはそこそこしっかりしてる。部屋のスリッパ、アメニティはない。ハンドソープかボディソープ兼用みたいですものはある。

Nice and quiet

バックパッカー旅行で2泊利用しました。 部屋の綺麗さはそこそこで、金額から考えると妥当かと思います。 ただ、私が宿泊した部屋だけ何故かドアの上のガラス窓が外れていて、通路の音がダダ漏れでした。蚊帳はしっかりしていたので、蚊の問題は大丈夫でしたが…。 立地は非常に良いと思います。入口を出て左にある建物がショッピングセンターになっており、すぐにアクセスできます。 また、レストランやJAVA(ケニアのコーヒーチェーン)も同じ通りにあり、非常に便利でした。 また、スタッフの方々が非常に親切にしてくれるので、そこは助かりました。 困ったことがあったときは、親身に相談に乗ってくれたり、かなり柔軟に対応いただけました。 2階がレストランになっており、ここが観光客には有名なレストランらしく、安くて美味しいです。 私が到着したとき、ナイロビがデモで荒れている日でしたが、このレストランがあって助かりました。 タンザニア行きのシャトルバス乗り場からも近く、バックパッカーしたいけど、ダウンタウンの日本人宿にはちょっと怖くて泊まれない、という人には、少し宿泊費が高いですが、いいかもしれません。 ダウンタウンとはモワアベニューを挟んで安心な側なので治安の不安は少なかったです。 ホテル自体もセキュリティにはかなり注力しているようでした。 設備を考えると、少し高めですが、立地とセキュリティを考慮すると、妥当かなと感じました。 私が宿泊したときは、このエリアではもっと安かったです。(2023年3月時点)

Excellent Staff! Very Friendly and Helpful. Mr. Ambrose, with Security was especially helpful. I arrived around 1am. He greeted me at my car. Grabbed my Bags, waited until I finished my check in process, then carried my bags to my room.
