Very beautiful and classy

Quiet and comfortable

A nice hotel in Eldoret

Rooms were nice - had no a/c the buffets were good and great customer service

Stay was good - lower rooms have no ac

The property was beautiful and convenient. And of course, the staff was world class. I will be back.

It was very good.

Best hotel rooms in the arean. Great menu selection of food. Chef can cayer for people with food allergies.

There did not seem to be air conditioning. Not all bulbs were in working order.

It's almost fine but only a shower system which I control water hot or cold was worst. My wife almost got burned.

This place should give up and close down. No internet, no electricity, no hot water, no AC. Why are you still open?

Very nice staff, excellent service. Very nice stay, will be back and use their conference center again for our annual medical conference

The ambience in the room was great.

The first night I was given a double bed instead of single, so I had to merge the beds into one which was too much work

It's rates is worth it. not too pricey. But every cent spent is worth the service in goild. The profit goes to Red Cross, so it makes me happy to stay here.

Front desk service was excellent. Gym facility is great. Rooms are spacious and comfortable (although bathroom space was very tight). Food was decent.

Such a unique experience and stay within the park...amazing views and all the wildlife!
