Was disappointed with room service Showered with cold water Errors with my online booking etc

While all staff were very welcoming and kind, several requests went unattended. The wait time for a service request was long and a lost item of mine took 2 days to return to me from the managers office. The coffee was instant and that is disappointing given Kenyan coffee is so delicious. We were given no instructions on how to get hot water to our shower either and only discovered this after a couple of cold showers.

Okay for the price, but not more. Will not use it again.

First shower was cold. Hot water took 5 to 10 minutes to come through then only Luke warm. No access to lake.
