The room was very good. You will enjoy nice view and great food offered from the hotel. But the service we have experienced wasn’t that great. They kept us waiting for the engineer to fix the air con for an hour without notice so we have to call to check by ourselves.

Hôtel vieillissant. L’endroit ressemble davantage à un spot pour adolescent ivres à danser au bord d’une piscine de beauf qui diffuse de la mauvaise musique trop fort qu’à un Hilton. Les restaurants sont insipides et chers. Le Sky bar n’a rien de Sky, ni de bar. On s’y sent comme emprisonnés puisque non ne peut en sortir. Dieu merci, la literie est magnifique. Nous qui souhaitions nous détendre pour finir notre séjour, c’est raté. A fuir..!

Notre séjour était simplement magnifique.

The kids pool is connected to the adult pool and they blasted kids music for a long time. It was very annoying. Even the music that wasn’t for the kids was bad. It was 9am and they played very unnecessarily loud pop music instead of something chill. Also we couldn’t order food from the beach. We had to go up to the pool

Beautiful resort setting on the dead sea. Large property, quite busy but staff are attentive and work hard to please.

The hotel is really nice with nice view from the balcony. Ok breakfast, but as many hotels in muslim country's they do not cater for non muslim clients and offer things like real bacon for breakfast. The prices at the hotel is high so luckily there is a mall with several restaurants right next to the hotel. It fealt a bit gready when they charged quite a bit for early check inn even though it's not costings th hotel anything. The earlier check inn the earlier we can go to the pool and there you spend money on drinks.

It is very hard to get to the Hotel. Beautiful Hotel with friendly staff. Nice selection for the breakfast. Great views and you can get free mud bath and float in the Dead Sea without leaving the hotel.

Great property and staff

Enjoyed our one night stay. The hotel has a small beach which is perfect right now since tourism is very slow in Jordan. I would imagine during busy times the beach is too small. We enjoyed the mud bath and a morning Dead Sea soak. We ended up eating at the Lebanese restaurant which was outstanding! My only complaint is the no outside food or drinks. You are stuck paying their outrageous prices which I didn’t have this problem at any other hotel in Jordan. Otherwise it was a good stay

Fantastic service, nice beach and good location, but in need of renovation. The toilet had no sink, you have to leave the toilet and walk through the room to the shower room to wash hands. The room ventilation was very noisy. Some elevators were not working and pool filtration did not seem to work very well. Several fountains were also turned off and in need of renovation.
