From the moment we arrived, we knew this place was special. The owner personally welcomed us, and the doorman was sweet—honestly, everyone working here was topnotch. They take care of everything you need. The Welcome & Dining: We checked in early & offered wine upon arrival, and dinner at the restaurant was yum—tasty food with a stunning ocean view. The restaurant attracts international travelers; we met guests from Spain and France stopping by for lunch, which added to the atmosphere. The Room & Amenities: Our room was large & clean with comfortable beds and a balcony perfect for sitting in a swing. Don't worry too much about booking an ocean-view room—ours had one, but the cliff-side umbrella and chair setup is so good that you can always walk down to the ocean and sit there. The fridge was large enough to hold all our snacks and special food items we brought from home, and the staff even offered to store anything needing cold storage in their kitchen. The turndown service was amazing, and the WiFi worked. Location & Activities: The hotel is quiet and is on the quieter end of Negril but close to everything—an easy walk to restaurants, Rick's Café, and lots of great shopping. The place isn't full of loud events, parties, and music, but you're near all kinds of things when you want them. There's an amazing pool good for toddlers and a great gym for getting some exercise. Thoughtful Service:Lifeguards on duty support you if you feel a little worried about jumping in the sea

We spent 2 days in Negril. The hotel is in good condition ad the staff were superb. The waitress sering us breakfast was exceptional she went out her way to serve us. The food isa bit pricey but we enjoyed it.

Relaxing and quiet. Food is yummy but not the same menu that’s on the website.

From check in to check out everything went smoothly. Staff at check in and the restaraunt was very friend and extremely professional. Shanoy at the restaraunt exceptionally accomodating by dropping off a breakfast menu to our room because we couldnt down liaf the app. Property is clean, well maintained and beautiful. Spectacular views from this hotel that captures an amazing sunset Will definately return.

What a peaceful retreat! The service is five star-Front desk Anthony and Rolando took care of us with helpful insights, transport and were very attentive. The Spa and restaurant was ideally located with breathtaking views of the cliff/ocean. Convenient, quiet and will return!

My stay here was absolutely amazing. We stayed in the 1bd private villa and our butler Evril was very attentive to our needs. This resort is very peaceful and quiet and gets 5 stars from me!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful boutique hotel in West End Negril. Staff were super nice and welcoming everyone of them. We would definitely return if visiting Negril againl. Wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else.

We loved everything about this hotel. The room was spacious, clean and the bed was comfortable. The property grounds were beautiful, but what stood out most of all was the staff. Everyone, and I mean EVERYONE was so nice, knowledgeable, and helfpul. From the bartenders to the front desk, restaurant staff were so amazing.

The facilities are wonderful and the staff is so helpful. The food was New York City prices though and the 150% tariff on alcohol reminds us why we hate Rump.

The resort is very intimate and quiet. Exceptional customer service and clean.

Love this place

The property is stunning and the staff is some of the friendliest I’ve met. It’s super quiet so if you’re looking to relax this is definitely the place for you. The chef was outstanding some of the best food we’ve had in Jamaica. Spa services were all good. My only criticism is that the price for food is a bit high and they will charge you for every glass of ice tea or whatever non alcoholic beverages you are drinking. It made a high end stay into a super expensive stay.

Fantastic property and rooms. Very friendly staff, good parking situation. A little further away from central Negril, and no beach access, but Seven Mile is reachable by car. Must be top notch and packed in the busy season. Would stay again.
