Breakfasts was great!

Clean rooms, staff willing to help in any way they could. They asked me constantly if there was anything I needed. They made my stay so much more enjoyable than I expected. I could not recommend this hotel more all the staff go above and beyond to make your trip as comfortable as possible.

Se reservó habitación con cama doble(2 camas) y terminaron acomodandome en una cama y les valió solo dijeron que tuvieron inconvenientes. CARISIMO Y PÉSIMA ATENCIÓN AL CLIENTE O RESOLUCIÓN DE PROBLEMAS. Recepcionistas serios, pedantes y arrogantes.

The rental of the pool for the public that does not stay in the hotel creates a hostile and overpopulated environment .

We've stayed here for several years and have been very happy every time. The best thing about the hotel is (most of) the people that work there: the maids, the wait staff in the restaurant, etc. During our most recent stay, though, things did seem a bit less wonderful than previous years. One word of advice: If you want to high floor (there are six floors total), you should NOT choose the sixth floor! The pool (and the parties) are on the roof and there was some noticeable noise. Worse than that, for me at least, is that the sixth floor doesn't have an ice machine! (The fifth floor does.) So you either have to call for someone to bring you ice or go to the bar on the roof to ask for some. Ugh. Don't ask me why, because they have the same spot on the sixth floor where the ice machine is on the fifth floor. Oh yeah, and you can only access your floor using your room key, so you can't just go to the fifth floor to get ice, either.

I did a stopover weekend in this hotel ahead of checking into a different location where I would be meeting colleagues for a week of meetings. This hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the American embassy , a supermarket, various salons for hair and beauty treatments, fun restaurants and coffee shops. The pool was full of families, so not an option for those seeking relaxation. Nonetheless there was a fun vibe with great music and people watching opportunities. The brunch time was packed...so not the space for a relaxing brunch experience. Yet the staff did their best to serve the greatest hospitality. The gym is spacious and open 24/7 which is a plus. Overall I would come back to this establishment. The only reason I am not staying there the rest of the week is because the team I'm picked a different hotel. I hope the other one provides the same spectacular service.

Me gustó el buen servido , lo que no me gustó fue que en la reservación indicaba que la habitación tenía vista a la ciudad y. Os dieron una con vista al área de mantenimiento

The hotel was very clean everyone was super nice. The breakfast is delicious good quality options that will let you start your day off on the right track. Restaurant food was also great not one complaint. All the staff were willing to help me out when I needed anything. I want to especially recognize an employee that works the breakfast shift daily her name is SUMARA she is such a humble lady she always was so attentive to our needs, such a kind and very respectful person. She truly made our time there a very enjoyable experience. Thank you to all the wonderful staff at this amazing hotel for the hospitality and warm welcome through out our stay.

No había bata de baño

Exageradamente cara la comida en la terraza, las bebidas malas, se pasan con esos precios, muy mal relacion precio calidad, no recomendaría a nadie pasar una tarde comiendo en la terraza, reservaban mesas y nadie llegaba y mucha gente sin mesa consumiendo, no hay alguien que tome decisiones, parece que el guardia de seguridad manda mas que el personal del hotel.
