Comfortable atmosphere, central location, friendly staff and value for money.

A "get what you paid for" situation. The outdoor restaurant doesn't have the food on the menu...said the hotel has been sold so they aren't stocking food (but the one waiter/cook was VERY nice...not their fault.) Air conditioning was subpar in room and did not reach the bathroom, so it was like a sauna. Doors rattle from wind blowing. Very bright router blue light blinks & lights up room all night. Good mattress, good housekeeping, excellent desk staff were nice and helpful at all times. Cannot say enough about how friendly they were. The new owners should update the entire hotel and keep all of the staff.

The receptionists, kitchen staff and the cleaner were all superb. Will stay here again on my next visit

Had a lovely two week stay at palm gardens in a signature garden view room on ground floor had a lovely little patio and everything we needed in the room. Tip signature rooms are better than superior rooms

Place is good for an overnight stay but I wouldn’t recommend for a long term vacation.

Very laid back and clean. Safe area and kind staff. Transportation is nearby and so are the beaches.

It was very convenient to the beach

Staff was very accommodating and friendly. Nearby food trucks made for interesting dining. The hotel does not have beachfront, but is a short walk from the beach.

Good for an overnight stay

A cosy hotel within easy reach of supermarkets, eating options and transport. A beautiful beach across the road. Very clean and reasonably equipped. Better sized pan options would have been useful and a few different sizes of glasses. Gardens are well maintained and pool area was nice. For the price point the hotel hit the spot.

This is by far the best 3* hotel we have stayed at in Barbados! The rooms are tidy and clean, the staff is friendly, the pool side bar and restaurant is decent.

Comfortable stay for overnight travel.

My room was at the back of the car park so not an attractive entrance. The room was very basic, but clean and adequate. Some staff were welcoming and pleasant , but others were not. Reception was rather ‘hit and miss’. I wouldn’t stay there again.
