Dining experience was not that great. The order of food came quick but for over an hour no one came to ask. I had to find waitress even to order more drinks and ask for the bill. In the bathroom, no floor mat or hand towels provided.

I had a great stay at the Friendship International Hotel. Great, friendly, and very helpful staff, first class services, an amazing room with everything, all for a very read price. Very appealing and clean hotel with great art work. Only five minutes from the airport by shuttle in a beautiful and modern part of town. Will gladly stay here again on my next visit. JN

Excellent location

I've stayed here at least 4 times in recent years. The staff is always friendly. The breakfast is outstanding. The wifi simply didn't work in the lobby or room, even after asking assistance, it still would not work. The bed is not comfortable but he area is nice and staff always helpful.

Food was good

Poor service, no clean towels, bath floor full of water

It was a good stay, but the bathroom need extensive cleaning. The shower need cleaning really well.,

As international standard hotel i was expecting some decency and clearness, however i did not get that. The hotel completely need some attention.

Location is good. Breakfast is excellent. Cleanliness of room and bath shower needs attention.

The manager of the hotel treat us very badly. The hospitality staff is unprofessional .

I paid for 1 adult n 1 kid. Getting there the receiption asks for 10 usdollar more saying I should pay more for my kid! I argued n showed that was paid for. Which I declined n was let in. The restaurant waiters when u pay cash please see the receipt, they said a more amount than what was on the receipt m when I tipped they asked shamelessly for the whole change. We stayed there for only 1 night, the bed had a very thin mattress that our bones were painfully. We had to check out the next day from Friendship Hotel and my intentions were to stay 1 week in Ethiopia.

We requested transportation a day before our flight but in morning day of my flight the guy at the reception basically told us no, he stated "Tinesh atkoyum ende" while we had 1 hour left for our flight time, what kind of service was that, I mean he made it sound like we were his personal house guest, as a result we had to take a taxi to the airport. Otherwise, the location was very good. Thank you in general.
