Close to Wilson Airport. Nice helpful staff, large comfortable room, good food in the restaurant. Comfortable personal transfer to the airport.

I enjoyed my stay and overall it met my needs. The only minor issue that I had was that the windows in the room didn't close properly and so there was a lot of noise from outside and a fair number of mosquitos in the room.

Check-in was very easy and quick. We received complementary pick from Wilson airport with a driver standing there with our name (wonderful) and complementary early access to our room! Internet is good, the beds and shower are excellent, the complementary breakfast is great. We had the best night’s sleep of our whole trip. We love this hotel and this is our third stay here.

Wonderful place to stay. Fantastic breakfast. Great bar and restaurant. 2 minutes from Wilson airport. Excellent staff and they took care of everything we needed. They have free car service to and from Wilson airport- excellent! And car service from JomoK airport for a great price. We will be back!

Just across from Wilson airport - comfortable rooms, excellent service, essential shopping not too far. Very good menu in the restaurant. There is a pool, we didn’t try it. We arrived hot a dusty from a long drive - the welcoming glasses of chilled fruit juice were a nice touch. Transfers to the airport were quickly arranged, all of he staff were friendly and most helpful.

The hotel doesn't honor Expedia upgrade benefits. Expedia should make sure that this is known to customers before booking. Expedia's listing is deceptive.

The bed and shower were great (shower was like and American shower with hot water). The service and hotel was great. The breakfast had an expansive selection. Everything was nice quality.

Always a pleasure to stay in this hotel close to Wilson Airport. From the warm welcome to the comfortable bed and the delicious food, it is a very first class hotel.

A beautiful hotel with staff that can’t do enough for you.

I forgot my phone bag in the hotel cab and they were able to bring it to me at Skyward just on time before the flight could leave me. That was very sweet of them. Blessings

The food was a little lacking at times but overall a great experience

The stuffs have very good services!

No complaints on the property. Clean, sufficient and the staffs were really helpful. I won’t recommend the spa/ massage. It was bad and expensive. Area outside the property was not ideal too. Noisy and dirty.

Lovely, spacious, comfortable hotel. Helpful staff. Nice buffet dinner. Very convenient for Wilson airport as stop over.

Good service

A nice hotel, looks a little aged but staff are friendly and helpful which adds to the experience. My only man was about the standard of the food. On my second night had a T-bone steak from the menu which I left most of as it was so tough. Mind you the previous nights curry want anything to write home about.
